Staff was extremely friendly, however PRICES WERE EXTREMELY HIGH. Pennzoil is a standard teir oil (no better then walmart, oreilly or any other store brand of oil). Despite their marketing their a cheap oil that's not trusted by any automaker of performance or economical vehicles as OE specified oil that's why you'll never see it offered at a dealership. 7qt 5w20 full synthetic oil change shouldn't be $140 out the door. I'm not one to leave, I'll waste my money because I'm lazy and I didn't plan ahead. But even a Ford dealership doesn't charge that much to change my Shelby which takes 11qts of Full synthetic 5W50... Also for the record I thought jiffylube had Mobil 1 oil, whoops... that would justify the price at least...

Just a sad day. I bring my other vehicle and have never had a problem. Stopped last week and they didn't have the filter I need. Stopped today and had the oil changed. Expressed I needed a headlamp and a air filter. Was lied to about the reasoning why they weren't allowed to change the light. Didn't even check the air filter. They were more worried that lunch showed up and there were 3 more cars that just showed up behind me. I get it, but I don't. Makes me rethink goin back. Zack was horrible. That is all. If you want quality service and quality products go to Jiffy Lube. There was hardly a wait. The customer service was amazing and you're getting much higher quality oil and oil filters than you'll get at Valvoline on University. The price is a little higher, but it's well worth it. Kudos to the awesome staff today. Service: Oil change

I had my oil changed here today and it was great except that the employees had no heat. I feel bad for them as it was freezing in there, they were very professional and kind and had great attitude I wish there were more people like them out there! We used to go to a different location, but they closed. We started here at the Fridley location and we are extremely happy with the crew, the service, the products, the location and premises! DAMAGED MY VEHICLE AND DENIED IT!!! I had my oil changed here and the staff was nice and fast. After I got home I started seeing puddles in my driveway, I checked my oil filter and oil plug to find my plug is finger tight. After spinning the plug and finding the threads in my aluminum oil pan have been pulled out I called .I spoke with the Kristen and she stated tech Ryu is new and may not have known to not overtighten. I offered to have the work done at the dealership I work at for employee pricing due to the fact I live 60 miles from the nearest location. After 2 week of little communication I receive a letter of denial. I have been in the automotive industry for a decade now on the customer service side and have never been part of a company that will not take care of a customer that had their property damaged during service. Apparently the bottom line is the only thing that matters to the district managers at Jiffy Lube. Service: Oil change

I pulled into the bay and they immediately started checking my air in my tires, filled the washer fluid. Another person told me that my car required full Synthetic oil. I was in shock!! I did not know that. I bought the car in March this year. Anyway, the manager checked my oil and said that other than it being a little bit low, it was clean and that I didn't need to get it changed. Then the other person told me that it would be a lot cheaper for me to go to a dealership to get my oil changed. I was flabbergasted that a place would be so honest!! It's unheard of these days!! So I asked them how much they wanted for the work they had already done. In unison they replied "Nothing." I'm like" are you sure?" They said absolutely. And they told me to pull out. I was so impressed with them that when I have enough money, I would go to them to get it done. Well done Jiffy Lube. Well done!!!
