The location was extremely busy when I arrived today, so my time spent there was longer than I planned for. Vehicles were getting more services than oil changes today, so that was out of everyone's control. However, each interaction I had with staff was polite and appropriate for my vehicle's needs. I appreciated having such a positive experience. Would definitely return to this location, thanks!

Went in for an oil change & diagnosis of the check engine light. What was found was explained well, as was every step of the process. I am stunned at the improvements being made at this Jiffy Lube. I've been going here for years (3 different cars) and it has always been "jiffy" and fine products. The level of customer service has sky-rocketed and they are in the midst of an upgrade of the waiting room. This store is definitely upgrading in every area of customer interaction. Wow. We love this place. The staff respect us as women and they are fast and reliable! I trust them and they don’t try and get me to buy extra things. They offer a lot of extra “stuff” I just really like this place. Also the guys (I’ve only seen guys work here, personally) are really funny!
