I had been struggling for years to find a reliable, trustworthy mechanic that didn't talk down to me or overcharge me for work I didn't need. I stumbled across Brausen by chance, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that they have earned my business for life. I brought my Mercedes in there with a phantom engine noise and oil leak. They went above and beyond to address the issue and the fix/clean up the other issues it was leading to. They closely explained and showed me what they did and didn't hesitate to be upfront and honest throughout the whole ordeal. Can't thank them enough. They are now my mechanic. As a woman who always dreads bringing my car in for maintenance because of the way I am talked to, I am soooo thankful that I have found Brausen! They always talk straight to me, don't try and upcharge me just because I don't know much about cars and they let me know when they think I need immediately, what might be on my list of upcoming things to keep an eye on (or don't need to be fixed quite yet), or things not to worry about. They never try and upsell me and are always super efficient and get me back on the road quickly! Brought my car in expecting it to take a couple hours but they were done in an hour. The price was good and they didn't pressure me to pay for anything extra. They also will re-torque/tighten your wheels for free after a tire rotation, which I appreciated, since I was NOT offered this by the Lexus Dealership or even told it should be done (last place I brought my car for service) . They also had yummy home baked cookies at the counter. Will be back ! Services: Oil change, Tires

I came here for my 2013 Mercedes E350 , brakes did not have any pressure so I ll get it towed their shop. What I experienced here is They know what they are doing, that s a nice thing I know but they also do that with reasonable price, besides these they keep you updated about your car. They told me that they were planning to check the problem on Saturday, It was not %100 certain,they said they are planning ,but still they called me to just say they couldn't find a time to look at it. Great service,great price! I hope I won't be back of course 🙂 but If I need, this is the shop I will be back! Thanks Service: Brakes

Professional woman trapped off Roseville highway with a dead car in negative temperatures outside. Very friendly on the phone, got to my car right away, diagnostic almost immediately. New alternator needed, charged my battery and I was back on the road within 3.5 hours. Mike was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I was on my way home from work in the very cold weather, when my car started to act up and I thought it would stop running. I was able to make it in to the shop as it is on my way home. They were so kind and helpful. They even let me bring my well behaved dog who was with me, in the building while I waited. They were clearly busy, but were able to fit in inspecting the what may have been wrong. Of course my car would not replicate what happened for them, so there was no 100% answer. It's an old car probably just acting up from the cold, but these guys were very helpful in still trying to figure it out! Thank you Mike!

I worked with the Brausen team a couple weeks back as I was purchasing a used vehicle and was looking to have it inspected before I made my final decision. Mike, Josh, and Luke are fantastic to work with! A few things came up with the vehicle and they were awesome in answering all my questions, providing all the details, and being upfront about any potential costs. Ended up replacing the power-steering rack and pinion, but they had the parts on hand and were able to get me squared away with only a day's worth of work. Not a cheap fix, but these guys were upfront with me throughout the entire process. Great customer service! I highly recommend working with these guys as they're honest, trustworthy, and hold to their word. Thank you, guys! You made buying my first car by myself a much easier process and I will definitely keep you in mind with future services and repairs!
