I go to Mavis because I trust them. Have never been told I needed something that I did not. Yesterday I needed shocks, tire rotation and oil change. Manager and mechanic were very nice and work was finished on schedule. What I difference the ride in my SUV is now. Thank you.

Ordered tires online and when I went to have them installed Manager Tim insisted I needed valve stem inserts on each tire at $10.99 each, mind you I had not even pulled my vehicle into the place yet. Then added $14 for each tire as a disposal fee. When I question that he said that's what Mavis charges, however NYS already has a flat $10 fee for that. So after all these HIDDEN fees that total up a EXTRA $100 I decided not to get tires at Mavis and asked for my deposit back. Manager Tim said I would have to go online and do that. That was a HUGE LIE as there is no way to do it online. So I called another Mavis store and immediately had that taken care of over the phone. I would NOT recommend this Mavis store to anyone. They like to Low Ball you into the store and then Stick It to YOU with hidden fees. If I had not question the OUT THE DOOR PRICE Tim the manager would never said a word about these extra fees. BTW I looked up how much the valve stem inserts should cost for my truck........$0.71 each. I went to Dunn Tire and got great service and NO hidden fees whatsoever and payed less then Mavis advertised online.

This shop went above and beyond to repair my trailer tire very quickly, I was back on the road within 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgable! They even went ahead made sure all the air pressure in my tires were to spec. Great customer service

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Ali runs the place..... He is the most crooked person I've ever met. After a nightmare experience at the shop I had to return to have the cheap brake pads that they put on my car replaced which have a lifetime warranty. They said I needed some other work done and we're trying to upsell me to the tune of $2,000. Once I said I will take my car to my mechanic to have that work done they were very rude and said fine they'll do my brakes for the labor as the pads are under warranty for $89. So I set up pay the $89 put the brake pads on. When I go to cash out Ali tells me he got me a deal he's only charging me $69. Wow oh thanks I appreciate that. So when he takes my card it wants to run it for 150.00 no he claims the labor is $89 per axle. That is not what he told me and this is one of the most underhanded crooked places I have ever been

When I say they the best for anything they the best!!! I went to 3 different car places to get breaks done and the soonest anyone had was like 3 days later. So I walk into Mavis discount tire and they took me right away!!!! Got my car fixed up in a minimal amount of time. They really the best! Hooked my car up! Above and beyond!
