The only plus really is the variety of stuff. The prices are bad and the "rewards" really aren't rewarding. Buy 8 bags of dog food get one free... the prices are higher so that really you could buy 8 bags of dog food anywhere else and would save enough to get the next one "free" and you won't need the hassle of an app meant to sell information to do it. I started getting my food at Atwoods, it's a little cheaper, but it's cheaper still at Gupton's and they are locally owned. I'm getting tired of places like this tracking and or selling my info so I won't be doing any better than 3 stars for them. Eventually they will start charging for it like dillons has.

They was totally out of probably 65 to 70% of KONG products. I was unable to find the Kong section because it was so wiped out it was hard to find. I usually Shop at Pet Smart when I am in Wichita but I wasn't going that far North. I live in Arkansas City and I don't get out very much because of Health Issues. So I was frustrated with the Store having so Many Outs period and it was on other on other Brands as well. I don't think I will waste my time by returning to this Store or another Petco. Amazon or Pet Smart will get my Business.

The people who work at this store are awesome! They are so helpful & informative. They really love their customers & their pets. Bonus thing I did not know about this place...They has a little pet treat snack bar! That is cool & convenient for dog lovers. Also, I guess there has been a cat litter shortage. They have a little program with an initial purchase of $11.99 and litter refills for $9.99. I have 5 cats, so that is a big deal. Great place!
