Sure some things are alittle pricie. But staff is knowledgeable to their products , very helpful and seem tobe pet people themselves.

While they can be on the pricey side, the care that they show for your individual pets, as well as the private washing room and the valuable advice of the experts (Sarah is amazing!!!) - we will for sure be coming back regularly for both our pup and our kitties.

I am working with a foster group and wanted to get Churu cat treats for the kitten we just got. He is disabled and has URI so I wanted to keep his weight up. Well, they were the only pet store in Derby to carry it! Everyone is always very friendly.

Very knowledgeable staff—I had very specific questions about a lesser owned breed, and they spent the time getting details to beat help me pick products. I left feeling confident in what I chose. They also have tons of fun treats out for the pups who come into the store! They carry a wide range of products, including CBD treats. It was a better experience for me than Petco because of both the options and the staff. I feel like my pet mattered more than my credit card.
