I had been struggling for years to find a reliable, trustworthy mechanic that didn't talk down to me or overcharge me for work I didn't need. I stumbled across Brausen by chance, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that they have earned my business for life. I brought my Mercedes in there with a phantom engine noise and oil leak. They went above and beyond to address the issue and the fix/clean up the other issues it was leading to. They closely explained and showed me what they did and didn't hesitate to be upfront and honest throughout the whole ordeal. Can't thank them enough. They are now my mechanic. The location was extremely busy when I arrived today, so my time spent there was longer than I planned for. Vehicles were getting more services than oil changes today, so that was out of everyone's control. However, each interaction I had with staff was polite and appropriate for my vehicle's needs.
