While they forgot to check my tire pressure, and fill tires; they did go above and beyond by honoring my 20% off coupon (20% off of an additional service) and allowed me to utilize the coupon for both my front and rear differentials!! That saved me quite a bit of money and allowed me to get both changed the same day rather than only being able to afford one service that day. Friendly , courteous technicians. Able to split my payment onto multiple cards. One week later: I'd been noticing large, dark, non odorous puddles underneath my truck every morning for the past few days. Initially small (3"x 3") but now becoming quite large... (36"x 24"). Stopped at Valvoline, explained the situation and they were more than willing to double check the differential seals, pans, etc. (Both front & rear differentials). Roughly 15" later, the technician verified everything VIOC had worked on during the previous week was still maintaining tight seals without any evidence to be concerned about.

They didn't check the lights or fill any fluids other than oil. May have checked the battery but they didn't let us know anything. No video feed from under the car. Didn't make me feel confident on a job well done. Bare minimum service. Oil looked clean and full at least.

I've been going to Valvoline ever since I got my car 10 years ago and this was the first time they didn't know how to change my oil filter. I heard a worker Allen mention he might not be able to tighten it all the way! They didn't check my lights and didn't tell me anything about the upkeep needed like they usually do when I go in. I'll be going to Riverdale from now on.

One employee was extremely disrespectful to management. He was down below removing the old oil and was cursing very loud as well as acting very insubordinate to his managers that were trying to calm him down. Very unprofessional by the person below but the other workers were very respectful. Service: Oil change

Well upon arriving there, they seemed stressed so communication wasn’t much. They also did a tire pressure check & put air in my tires, but it seems that I have lost or not gotten the tire cap back on one of my tires. When I checked the rest, they were kinda loose so I had to tighten it… the service and experience was different than from before. It felt really rushed, they were communicating passive aggressively with one another and things just seemed a bit off. I also hope that the camera screen for the underground work turns back on again. Outside of waiting for almost an hour I was thrilled with their honesty ! They could have changed my oil, and charged me, even though it didn't need it. Instead they told me to come back when I actually needed to have my oil changed 😃. I will definitely be back in 1500/2000 miles from now !

They did an excellent job and were courteous and respectful. Very professional and checked everything. Found issues and explained them and went right to fixing what was approved. No pressure tactics or lies. I would keep doing business with them and recommend them.

I went for an oil change at this location and the manager raymond when checking my battery said it showed caution, when another employee from the same location checked it five minutes later he stated that it was healthy. At that moment another customer came in claming that they had messed up his car. Will be going to a new location to make sure they didnt mess up my car. I want to give props to the employee who was honest. Overall horrible experience.
