Always treated respectfully. Always given accurate estimates. Always felt they were honest. Which is why I have brought my many cars here over many years. Never left angry and not ever been surprised or disappointed. Good people doing their job. Well upon arriving there, they seemed stressed so communication wasn’t much. They also did a tire pressure check & put air in my tires, but it seems that I have lost or not gotten the tire cap back on one of my tires. When I checked the rest, they were kinda loose so I had to tighten it… the service and experience was different than from before. It felt really rushed, they were communicating passive aggressively with one another and things just seemed a bit off. I also hope that the camera screen for the underground work turns back on again. Our car got a flat tire right outside of this shop. We decided to call them and see what it would cost to change our tires. They all had excellent customer service. They told us they will squeeze us in today and get it fixed right away. They had great pricing on the tires and offered different price points. We were very happy they helped us out!
