They lied to us and didn't fix what we had fixed they were a great business before the new owners they are not telling the truth and taking people's money and not backing up their work. Will never go there again or my friends and family we all have been taken advantage of the fact of the matter is they are very dishonest and we were never offered anything STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOUR POCKET BOOK!!!! MN Automotive is a great family-owned business! A mouse set up camp under my engine and caused some damage. They got me vehicle in on a Saturday just before closing time. The owner Aaron heard my concerns and stayed late in order to inspect the vehicle. He called me to give me a detailed update and cost estimate for the repairs. He also found my brake pads needed to be replaced. On Monday, he and his team repaired my car and did my brakes quickly and for a great price. The whole family/team provide quality service and repairs, are honest, and show great integrity. They will be getting my business in the future. Thank you MN Automotive! Very good people working here great customer service. They have reasonable prices and people who know what they should know how to fix your car and get you back on the road. They are great about keeping you informed about your vehicle and how much things will cost before they preform any service especially if its gonna cost more than they originally thought. They offer loaner vehicles if you are over I think it was 25 and have a driver's license and proof of insurance. It has been a great experience each time I've went there and I will be going back if my situation makes it necessary. This was especially great after some bad experiences I've had at other car places.

Finding an honest mechanic is hard. Shawn “the owner” got my car on the rack for free and took a look at something I thought was messed up. Not knowing much about cars gives me anxiety. Trust is huge when it comes to this stuff. I trust Shawn and I will continue to come here for the long haul.
