Worse service in the world. Drive had no clue what he was doing or Care on the world. Would not listen to anyone or speak English. They did more damage the the vehicle.

I was not going to post my experience, but after reading some of the other reviews I will say. If you are using AAA near HWY 10 metro request another company besides this one. They are scamming AAA by wasting your time showing up and reporting they cannot tow or repair. As they get paid for showing up and refusing service for whatever reason. Even on simple stuff like batteries. Anyway I had it happen to me twice recently. Wasted 6 hours between two days thanks to these guys. On the contrast, I finally told AAA I want a different company. That company had everything taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Never again.

The Lincoln is how their drivers leave vehicles with 11 inches between. Their solution is to maybe move it tomorrow. Imagine what they do on the road with it. AAA can do better.

Called AAA and they sent Hwy 10 towing out. Had no tools to reconnect a battery and had to get jump start and drive our car to mechanic ourself because she “wasn’t able to tow”( drove a freakin TOW TRUCK!!!!) WTH.

Just towed this front wheel drive into my work in Saint Paul from across town. Too lazy to pick the vehicle from the front and tow it properly. We'll send you the bill for the transmission if it fails!!!

Called them for a tow to auto service center on 12/29/21. They never showed up. Called the next day....Driver showed up and told me he had to leave because he got a police call that he had to go to. Called shop 1/2/22. Shop told me driver was there but truck was blocked in (Driver said police call). There was no truck blocking it in. I was there...tow driver was never there. Guy at shop was extremely rude. I'd call someone else.

I called Chris and he was able to get my truck in and out the same day. They quickly diagnosed a faulty Oil Pressure Sensor. I dropped the truck off at 10a.m. and got the call that it was ready at 2! The best part, they were $300 cheaper then the shop across the street!!! They will be my go to from now on. Thanks again Chris for the great, no BS, service. Chris gave me a quote over the phone based on what I could tell him about fluid near my right rear tire. I was at work and both my husband and Chris said I shouldn’t drive my car. So I got a quote for the tow and told them to come and get my car. Because my car is a BMW Chris said it might be a day or two to get parts. He diagnosed that it was my struts leaking the fluid. They had a loaner for me to use in the meantime. My husband also asked them to put new wipers on and get it aligned. Chris called when my car was done and told me the total and I thought I hadn’t heard him right. The amount he told me was much less than the quote. The same went for the tow. My car drives better then it has in some time so I’m sure the struts had been going for awhile. I started going to Hwy 10 Minnoco for oil changes as they were recommended by a friend that had been using them for everything, for years for her BMW. And I will continue to use them in the future, and my husband is going to start taking his truck there for maintenance and service as well!!! Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

That's how it's done! Last night I had another company come out through AAA to jump start my dead battery. It took 3.5 hours for them to get here, and they tested my battery and said it was fine, then jumped it. I drove it around for a bit and thought it was good. Come back today and it's dead. I called AAA again, and this time they sent Hwy 10 Towing. Dillon called me within minutes and was here within 15 minutes. Come to find out when I bought my battery through AAA the company (Stillwater Towing) put the wrong size in back in 2019. That didn't affect it being dead, but Dillon was knowledgeable enough to tell me and show me how small the battery was, that it didn't even fit all the way in the tray. He was super kind and helpful. He called his manager to see what they could do and Tony cheerfully (I could hear him on speakerphone) said they would take care of me, have a tech drive the CORRECT size battery down to me, and get it installed under warranty even though it is questionable whether it was technically covered (they could have not covered it if they wanted, let's say that). In a day and age of very limited customer service, these guys were amazing. AAA is lucky to have them as a vendor and I would not hesitate at all to call them. Dillon was so knowledgeable and willing to help and Tony gave the same level of service and backed him up. It really made my week to deal with such a great company. Service: Battery

First the driver calls and said he lost the only keys to our truck and he would get back to us, called the dispatch office 5 different times over 4 hours and spoke to Craig or Greg, stating hey you lost the keys to our truck but we still have my work cellphone and my daughter's car seat in the truck. He kept asking me am I sure I gave them my keys? Like he was trying to put the blame on me, after a few minutes of explaining the fact the driver told my mechanic that he lost the keys aswell as called us, he said that a lock smith was on his way. Each call he assured us the lock smith was coming for 4 hours (including the phone calls) were spent in a hot parking lot waiting for them to come. Called for the last time and he cops an attitude with me asking why we would be waiting for the locksmith unless I had stuff in the car ( my workphone and daugjters carseat explained 4 times prior). first they lose my keys then get mad at me for their mistake. I did get a new set if keys but that was the most unprofessional company I have ever had to use and to think my grandfather lent me his AAA card for the tow...
