Very fast friendly service and all with a smile. Johntae greeted me when I arrived and made me feel very welcome. Didn't wait long to get my oil changed and I was able to wait in the car. I went here last Tuesday to get an oil change. The oil change took less than 7 minutes with a new filter theY convinced me to get and some top off of fluids. I drove to Wisconsin dells right after then on my way back home Friday afternoon I heard a pop and my car started smoking. When I pulled over to the side of the highway there was oil spilling everywhere and my engine started knocking. The police ended up calling JD Customs for a tow off the highway in Wisconsin which cost me $500 out of pocket. Joe from JD customs check my oil and the levels were over due to the amount being spilled and was shocked that my oil levels were over. He stated that most liking the old oil wasn't drained or the put too much in. He kindly towed my car to the kia dealership in Eau Claire as he stated he had an issue like this before, took it to his shop and fixed it and the shop that did the initial repairs fought him so he wanted a Kia dealership to look at it first before me. Kia and JD Customs both told me to contact Jiffylube right away as they are the last person to touch it and they will fight me on the repairs. Kia was not able to look at my car until yesterday 09/06/22 due to the holiday week but all the oil had drained out by then. Jared from Kia did say if my oil was over filled it would cause my engine to blow but he had no proof that it was overfilled because now all the oil is gone. The district manager for Kia pretty much said eff me because there is no proof. I told him I was willing to take it all the way to court and subpoena the tow truck driver as eh said they would do this. The district manager responded right away and said go away it will get thrown out so fast with no car in the world. Thinking back the out change was done way too fast and all of his male staff was there flirting and trying to get my number I even have one that saved his number in my phone as he was letting me out. Now a company that makes millions per year gets to walk away with the damages the caused me and leaving me to fend for myself. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CAR AND HAVE IT TOTALLED OUT. Service: Oil change
