My neighbor picked up my package from the sidewalk. The neighbor said the driver threw my package from the truck onto the apartment buildings sidewalk. I was home at the time to receive the package but I guess it was easier to throw my 400 dollar package onto an unsecured location and drive off then it was to walk up and hand it to me or leave it at the door. I ship about 200 packages a month and never use them.

Our packages get lost often. It’s always the cat food we order too, which is a prescription food, so we rely on that being delivered as there’s not many places we can get it. I’ve had multiple packages either never arrive or arrive a month or two later

Everytime I order something I pay close attention to the tracking info. They say they deliver the package, however they never buzz my apartment. They just leave it out front for it to get stolen. This is the 2nd time I've had a package stolen because they don't buzz my apartment.

I order things to have them shipped to my building that I work at and the St. Cloud location constantly drops the package off at a different build across post because they are too lazy to deliver to the proper address. If I had any choice of ships when these packages are sent out Fedex would be below the option of walking to another state to get it myself!

I have experienced the driver not buzzing my apartment, or doing it so fast and running back to their vehicle that I didn't get the package. I called and complained and got them to redeliver free of charge. Unfortunately, this last delivery attempt took the cake. My package was at my door when I came home from grocery shopping (I was happy to see the package), but this evening I found a "we missed you" notice on my door that was left for me. I called the 800 number to find that it was for the package that had been delivered already. So... complete incompetence on the drivers part to not have the package and claim that they missed me, or to have delivered the package and put this sticker up anyway. Either way, I cannot believe that FedEx is still in existence. Absolutely pathetic. Step it up, FedEx. Your embarassing!! USPS and UPS have NO problems delivering packages to me. What gives?

The driver has on many occasions lied about us being closed and not available because he (in his words) "gets busy and figures he can do it the next day" I am pretty easy going and doing this is not okay but I let it slide the first 2 times now he has done it for 4 straight days!!! I have called the customer service center, they told me the manager would call me and talk about this and nobody has called. I tried the service center just to be hung up on 5 times today. Still do not have my package. When my normal guy comes in to deliver my packages that are business related he is great, I would love to give him 5 stars. Everybody else I have dealt with gets one star, I would do zero but that's not an option
