Hideous. They're mean, threatened that my package would be lost, and it was. Seriously, it's time to shut down this outdated dinosaur from times that it was actually needed.

I've lived in Delano for almost 2 decades and have seen clerks come and go. The staff currently employed here are the most incompetent, rude and passive aggressive postal workers I've had the displeasure of dealing with to date. "I don't know why it's doing that", "I'm not sure", and "it must have been put there by mistake" are such common phrases to hear that I'm starting to wonder if they know their own head from a hole in the ground... The ONLY saving grace of this location is the postmaster, Mark, who I rarely, and sadly, see any more. I don't often feel the need to leave a review, especially a negative one, but the last few interactions I had at this location were the final straw, so to speak.

Our mail has been showing up slightly beat up recently and a few candles and other glass packages have been broken, which we thought was from the other parts of the shipping process. After putting a ring doorbell in last week for other reasons we figured out why. The woman that delivers mail to our house walks half way up the sidewalk to our front door and just tosses them from 5 feet away at the stoop instead of setting them down. I’m sorry but this person should be fired. Take the extra two steps and set the package down. Very disappointed to see this.

Everyone there is and was super nice to me. Helped me when I was having an anxiety attack about not being able to find my package. Patience was outstanding!

Our mailman for Delano is absolutely terrible. Throws our packages at the door, sometimes against the wall and shoves mail into our mailbox and they frequently are crumpled up.

Worst post office ever. We never get our mail and if we do, it's the mail for the guy down the street. Had a package marked as delivered. Have no idea where it went, postmaster was no help in trying to track it down.

Great customer service. The postmaster is always delightful to talk to, and the clerk is very nice as well. I would recommend going here if you don't like long lines or crabby people at the front desk.
