I've lived in Delano for almost 2 decades and have seen clerks come and go. The staff currently employed here are the most incompetent, rude and passive aggressive postal workers I've had the displeasure of dealing with to date. "I don't know why it's doing that", "I'm not sure", and "it must have been put there by mistake" are such common phrases to hear that I'm starting to wonder if they know their own head from a hole in the ground... The ONLY saving grace of this location is the postmaster, Mark, who I rarely, and sadly, see any more. I don't often feel the need to leave a review, especially a negative one, but the last few interactions I had at this location were the final straw, so to speak. ~Andrew

Always had a good experience with Jaunich tire until now. I came in to get an oil change, what supposed to be 15 minutes top visit took an hour. The owner was gone and this new employee kept serving new clients as they walk in and kept bumping me to the back of the line. Three clients total cut in front of me, as I stood and watched. This is poor business etiquette. Glad my son came with and we read a book, otherwise, I would have said some choice words. PS my time is just as valuable as yours and your Jane and Joe friends. After said review, I came to find out the employee is now a former employee. Five star for that!! ~Tautalamaiaso
