Always had a good experience with Jaunich tire until now. I came in to get an oil change, what supposed to be 15 minutes top visit took an hour. The owner was gone and this new employee kept serving new clients as they walk in and kept bumping me to the back of the line. Three clients total cut in front of me, as I stood and watched. This is poor business etiquette. Glad my son came with and we read a book, otherwise, I would have said some choice words. PS my time is just as valuable as yours and your Jane and Joe friends.
