Beautiful work and excellent customer service! We live in Canada and I found Hayes Florist by Google search as we wanted to send flowers to recognize my mom’s special birthday who was vacationing in St. Pete’s. From the moment I placed the order online to delivery of the flowers they were extremely professional and accommodating. Not to mention the arrangement was spectacular, my mom couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful it was. Thank you to the staff at Hayes Florist helping us make this day extra special for her.

Way back in the late 80s, early 90s ,my then fiancé would pick up a fluted fishbowl filled with teacup roses every month for me. So I became a fan. Fast forward 35 years or so and I am so happy to be able to continue to order from Hayes for my loved ones. Hayes always amazes & never disappoints! The bouquets seem to get better and better each time. The delivery today to my niece and nephew was absolutely exquisite. Hope the photo uploads

My fiance had flowers delivered to me today and they were so beautiful! The arrangement is so full and very fragrant! He also had to change the delivery address and time at last minute and they accommodated the request with no problem. I sent this arrangement to my Mom for her Birthday and she was so delighted! The arrangement and tea cup is just beautiful! I received very nice compliments from family members as well. Ordering was simple, transparent, with great communication as well as a notification when the delivery was made. Nice!! As a side note, my Mom said the delivery man was very nice. Thank you

I send my mom flowers regularly but this was the first time that ever I used Hayes. I had forgotten to order flowers on Friday for her birthday on Monday but Hayes offered same day delivery service which was why I initially picked them. The bouquet that was received was by far the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever had sent to Mom. My mom said the flowers were so fresh and very thoughtfully put together. We even received a phone call when the flowers were delivered! How about that for customer service!!! Hayes Florist is my new go to florist!!
