My husband and I have driven over an hour to try to sell baby items three days in a row now and have been turned away at the door. They close at 6 PM and allegedly stop taking drop offs at noon now due to being “short staffed”. Complete waste of time and money, and apparently they don’t prioritize customer service and appreciation for people contributing to their business. I called corporate and left a voicemail to express my concerns, and will address this further with them. Hopefully they can get a competent staff hired because the people they have running the place now are incapable of keeping up with their customers and the demands of the business. 0/10 will not be returning, we will try the Mankato store instead.

Staff is extremely RUDE! Girl calls and tells me I have 20 minutes to come get my stuff from the store but the offer on the clothes will change if I cant come that quick. I cant get there that fast on no notice. So I said I cant and she said now the offer changes and I have until only noon the next day. She was so rude to my hubby in the store dropping off and the phone call that we said forget it and keep the stuff. Not worth getting bad treatment. Over priced goods and rude staff. Dont waste your time when there are other options. Update: I don't need anyone to verify to me how rude your staff is. The girl on the phone WAS rude in saying I had minutes to get there. I said well I can't and she says you have until noon tomorrow and that is all the time. I have worked customer service in the past and you all, including yourself, need training since you feel how she talked was fine. I never go to your store anyways and will never return at all. This wasnt our 1st time there, we went to get a gate for our dog and the girl was rude when we questioned about a gate. Obviously at your store you are ok with your staff talking down to people as you sell garbage for high prices!

DO NOT GO HERE! My wife took very good clothes & shoes name brand that was in great condition & they low balled her offer 20$ she accepted because she wanted to donate anyway! They are scams & selling used clothes for the same prices they were in the first place! The worker are rude & nun attentive to customers !

I make trips to the St cloud store regularly. We live 45 min away. I have been doing this for several years. In the last month I have been treated badly while both buying and selling at this store. It has involved the same staff member each time. She is rude to your face and talks about you while your standing right in front of her. I asked the girl at the register who she was and she said she was one of the managers. I have felt uncomfortable coming to the store lately but i like to get stuff for my kids here. I don't think I will be returning for quite awhile.

Staff very unwelcoming whenever I've bought anything from here and just tried selling my child's new stuff she never used and there really isn't any point in bringing anything here cause they won't take half of it and will only take things that have tags. Wouldn't recommend to most anyone.

Recently sold are children old clothes toys and other various products they had grown out of and the experience was amazing. The staff answered all of my 20 questions to make sure I got the sales process right and actually received far more than I thought I would especially for the amount of items that were denied. You do plan on selling to them make sure your items are clean. I definitely plan on selling to them again.

I love how easy it is to get money for my daughter's clothes she's outgrown. However, they require you to bring them in neatly folded but throw them back into the bins messy and unfolded. I don't really shop there because the prices are higher than I'd like to pay for clothes that are used. Seems closer to new prices.

Organization and quality of clothing is unbeatable!! I’ve been to other locations and their clothes are almost icky. St. Cloud had amazing prices, great organization, and clothing looks like it hasn’t even been worn!!
