I was inside this store on Thursday and had the pleasure of working with a gentlemen named Cody. He was very kind and caring about teaching me about my phone I bought a few weeks prior. I never felt rushed or a burden and he made the visit very memorable. If I ever need to visit this store again I sincerely hope he is working

We were super excited to have an excellent salesperson Dion did a great job at keeping us entertained and making the shopping experience fun. Dion has a great future ahead of him and he's an excellent member of the team.

T mobile sucks and so does the staff working at the Crossroads Mall. I will never give anyone on advice to get Tmobile. No one ever answers the phone in the store to get any help or answers. They tell you , you can get service where there is no service, I'm going back to Verizon at least I know when I call in I can talk to someone who is willing to help me.

Service was really good but not everyone qualifies for a new phone. Make sure its not damaged or you have near perfect or perfect score I guess. I might be wrong that's what it felt for us. But for Service it was perfect.

My wife and I went to the store on 06/23/21 at around 6 pm to discuss promotional options for the iPhone 12. We were greeted by a nice gentleman, and when we discussed our goals with my wife’s phone another gentleman named Alexander rudely interrupted and said her phone would not be accepted (there was a green line running through the screen that appeared earlier that day and was a known defect for the iPhone 10 as a result of a voltage issue). My wife explained to Alexander that she spoke to customer service earlier and they confirmed it was, in fact, a defect. Alexander stated that customer service, and every store, is different with their policies, which I know from personal experience is not true because corporate stores adhere to the same policies and have district managers oversight. When I attempted to explain the phone’s problem to Alexander and tried to show him that there were no cracks/falls, damage to the corners, or physical damage, he stated that this wasn’t negotiable. The phone was in immaculate condition and kept in a case. At this point I realized that this rep didn’t want to help us, and I decided to leave. I was very disappointed in the service, especially since I worked at a MetroPCS corporate store doing warranty exchanges for over half a decade. I can tell the difference between an employee stating when someone truly is not eligible for something and simply not wanting to help a customer. Alexander didn’t even attempt to go over options, other possible promotions for new lines, or alternative routes we could have taken. We decided to go to a franchise, which isn’t my first preference being a former corporate manager myself. The folks off of Division set up our accounts and confirmed that there were no signs of damage and that it passed initial inspection. I also know that the discount for the trade-in amount varies based on the phone’s condition upon arrival. We’ll have the original phone until Monday 06/28 since we need to send it off for the trade-in program within 30 days; preferably I’d like to speak to a district manager and physically show him/her the original phone Alexander refused to see prior to my sending it off. I don’t go into cellphone stores very often, maybe once every couple of years at most. But if this is how customers are treated, it needs to be corrected. Either Alexander attempts to help customers or he doesn’t, in which case he should be considering his career choices.

(Probably my most biased review) Some of the best customer support I have experienced in my life. I bought a new phone, worked great but the speaker was twinging like it was popped. I play music a lot. I go in after and swap the unit, new unit has problems, long story short the location had a employee assisting me for over and hour until the issue was fixed. (Brand new product w/ manufacture issue) If you're considering jumping carriers, check them out, they're honest and are willing to take the time to get you what you need.
