These bettas were the best taken care of ones that I've ever seen at a pet store. I was pleasantly surprised to see see almost half of the stock they had were in the display tanks instead of the tiny tiny cups. Way to go petsmart Saint cloud!

I called a month and a half in advance for both of my dogs to get groomed. The guy on the phone confirmed the day and time of the appointment. The day I got there, the lady asked me if they were just getting a bath, I said no. I told her that I had an appointment for them to get groomed. The lady told me they don't have time to Groom my dogs. I was so mad. If they didn't have time for two dogs to get groomed then I would have found a different day to begin with when I was scheduling the appointment. Disappointed because I have been there plenty of times and have never ran into any problems. And mind you I still paid an arm and a leg for them to just get a bath.

My pet isn't reading any books but he sure likes chewing them up. Like shoes, slippers, and socks. Joking about last 3 but I have friends whose dogs do that. So much for SmartPet... Lol. Good place to get what U need, even RX products for your pets,. Cats, dogs, etc.

Well, it's a PetSmart. As far as PetSmarts go, this one is pretty solid. Everything is well spaced out and somehow now as overwhelming as some other locations. The animal tanks all seemed clean, especially the birds areas which can be hit or miss. I noticed they were doing a training class in the large area at the back of the store vs using the smaller designated area so that seems nice. I'll return again for future kitty purposes.

Great service, staff were very helpful. Needed some worms for my bearded dragon and also ended up bringing home a new crab friend!

Grooming center is good, store is decent as long as you're ok with the smell of animal pee as most corners smell of it throughout the store. They do online obedience classes now, my dogs are trained so no reason for me to try it out.

Very happy with our experience buying our fish here. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. We are first time fish owners and had many questions. They really helped guide us along and help us so we would have the best results from our new pets. We have been back a couple times since the first purchase and have been helped each time since with great service. Keep it up!!

Great store with friendly staff. I used their laser engraver for a new cat collar tag and it worked wonderfully. The cashier made sure to point out where the access code was on the receipt for the machine. The only thing worth mentioning is that it seems like a lot was out of stock but with all the supply chain issues this is to be expected.

We have a American bully female the first day we went she loved this store you can find anything your looking for your pets and cheap ! Employees are so friendly and always willing to help store is neat and organized !!! Courtney does an awesome job when we need help
