Prices are excellent and some of the products are excellent. Some fall apart immediately or look awful after one wash. The store is so jam-packed with clothing that even a small person would have trouble navigating between the racks without having to push clothes aside. Signage is confusing and items get mixed between racks so it's hard to figure out which are what price. The checkout process is unnecessarily lengthy because each item (even things that cost one or two dollars) has a security tag on it that needs to be removed at checkout. There must be some other complicated process clerks have to go through to scan things because it just always takes so long at all locations. 🤷♀️ Staff have always been kind and helpful though!

Rainbow and Crystal has to be worse store I've ever been in. It is so crowded it can't even walk in the aisles without getting hooked on to something the manager is so rude I will not shop at that store again. The rainbow store in robbinsdale is very nice and also Brooklyn Center by Walmart is nice

"Every time"" every time!!! I come to this store the cashiers are always rushing than they dont take the theaft thing off!! So we look like theivs! Every time!! And then they rip or damage the clothes when taking off the alarm tags!!! Be sure to WATCH THE CASHIERS THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR STUFF!!! They are purposely keeping those alarms on to try to see" if you steal?? This place was dirty! No customer service "ZERO""

I was told that the dressing room was permanently closed in the store. The manager is really rude. How are you going to have an entire clothing store with no dressing room ridiculous an inconvenient. Definitely not good customer service definitely not convenient definitely not a good business strategy.

My child received multiple multiple outfits from this store from relatives for Christmas. The gifts were an incredibly nice gesture. You have 7 days to exchange which I was just fine with. However, I had never heard of the stores before and did not know what to expect. The sizes which should have fit, no problem, were crazily off. He is a 6 yr. Old. Just getting into a six 7. Most 8's didn't fit, 7's absolutely not. Sizes are really weird. Merchandise has strange strange smell. I washed the clothing before he wore it and the fabric pilled. 6 outfits. Money WASTED! Strange store.

I love this place. I shopped up $500 in clothes and it was worth it with the affordable prices I really got A LOT for my hard earned cash. Only issue is that you can't try on cloths. And if you purchase something you cant fit you better pray it wasnt a sale or clarence item, because you can only get store credit for it. You can only be refunded for items sold at retail price.

Hard to walk through to look at the clothes. So jam packed that you definitely wouldn't be able to use a stroller or wheelchair in the store. All of the clothing racks are overloaded so when you are trying to search for a size many items are falling off the racks. Also, you aren't able to use their dressing rooms. They have a sign up saying that the dressing room are closed. It's basically their storage area not dressing rooms. When they only have a 7 day return policy I would think they should have their dressing rooms available for customers. Not very organized at all.

There was zero greeting, the employees seemed like they couldn’t care less. One walked past me multiple times and saw that I had a large amount of clothes picked out already and said nothing- I finally went to go try all of my stuff off and there’s a small sign written in marker saying “changing rooms closed”. I ask the employee at the cash register if there was a bathroom I could at least try some stuff on and she coldly replied “no”. Nothing else. Store is so crammed it was frustrating trying to get around without knocking everything down. Some clothes were cute, but I don’t buy things without trying them on (like most people), and the atmosphere was irritating in general. Just a bad experience all around- never shopping here ever again! I’d advise you to save yourself to time and shop elsewhere.

Trashy! Unfortunate because they do have some cute, reasonably priced cloths. I asked where the fitting rooms were the associate told me, "We have too much stealing so you cant use the fitting rooms anymore. Find a corner and try the cloths on over your cloths your wearing." Staff was also not too friendly or helpful.
