Always very helpful and quick with filling my medications

Wish I could give a ZERO!!! Every other time I receive a call that my prescription is ready - it really isn’t. Seriously this happens every 2-3 months that they call to say it’s ready and when I get there they say it’s a mistake. This pharmacist is HORRIBLE - she is always the one to call. The first few times I gave her the benefit of the doubt (new prescription, busy time, covid). We will NEVER use them again.

Have infection in foot cane here 2 wks ago to get medicine said they were out but sent me to medicine lk/Douglas becuse they had it came back wk 1/2 later told me the company no longer makes this medication really I waited until next day called Walgreens crystal I asked if they had said yes I told them what Cvs said they said there full of it the company still makes it

Not only have they violated my HIPPA rights but they have made it difficult for me to get my medications filled time and time again. As a pharmacy technician myself I am absolutely astonished at the horrible customer service I have received from the technicians there. The pharmacists are usually nice but the new staff is terrible. Will be transferring out, would not recommend.

I really appreciate the staff at this particular location. They listen to me and make me feel 100% taken care of. I was out of a prescription that I desperately needed and they got me a small supply while my doctor/insurance sorted out their end. A different Target/CVS location was not nearly as helpful and never offered me a supply. I so so so appreciate the attention this staff pays to their patients.
