A shopping mall that you can get to quickly from any direction. Great brands to choose from at great prices. Its a place you can take your family shopping. Very clean and comfortable to get around. Lots of choices for food when you get hungry after shopping. All and all a great place to visit.

A bit of a walk to the store, but the store is bustling and the free membership saved me $25. The outdoor mall is lovely to walk through.

I went into the store to exchange an item that I had bought on the Nike app. They did not carry the exact item in-store but an employee was helpful in showing me similar items, and the overall exchange process was very smooth and easy. I did notice the fitting rooms were closed, however this was most likely temporary and due to covid related reasons.

Amanda was very helpful. My aunt came from Arkansas and wanted a certain kind of shoe. The shoe wasn't in the system but she was determined to find it for my aunt and she did. My aunt has never been out of Arkansas and this made her experience in Minnesota even much better. As they say "MINNESOTA NICE" that you are girl. Keep up the great work.

My dad has been wearing your pants since 2009, this Christmas my dad received 3 new pairs of the dry fit shorts. These new pants are terrible, they have faded to the point of being unrecognizable. The pants he got 10 years ago have faded better than these new ones. My dad called to ask about the policy and the guy he talked to directed him to corporate. Corporate was closed, it was a Sunday. When he finally got to talk with corporate we were told to pay to have them mailed into headquarters and they would decide whether or not the pants were not up to quality. Even though we wouldn't have called if they were 'nike quality'. The policies are ridiculous and it seems absurd that you would do this being a billion dollar company.

I’m extremely pleased for how I was treated at this Nike Ourlet store. I had a issue with a pair of Nike Air max due to a warranty defect and they were very understanding on correcting the issue. Thank you very much.

Nike is the best when it comes to shoes. I think they make best running shoes ever. They have some good collection of apparel for men and women. This store is huge and has some nice buying options. They have some great deals and the staff are very friendly. If you want to buy running shoes then Nike is the place to go!
