Nice place... I'm not sure what shoe prices are these days, but almost every show stole was around $160, and up. Now, if that's normal pricing, I'm just going to have to find a different show store!

Bought 2 pairs of Brooks Athletic shoes today and they were perfect. Loved them for my wife and I. Macy's Finish Line was great help, will return for sure.

Been a finish line customer since 2004. My daughter in law purchased a air force ones for my son for chrismas...got home and in the box was an 8.5 and a 12. Went to return them was treated poorly by Demetrious and due to not having her receipt was refused the return. Fast foward 2 weeks found the receipt and was returned. At that time she purchased a pair for herself 12 26 2020. Got home and wore them didnt fit her right. The right shoe is a fake air force one. Went to return them with the receipt and got friendly demetrious again who refused to take them back...said they were too worn...not even 30 days old and the fake one has a wrinkle in the toe box. When i asked him his name he said demetrious jr all day.. Well demetrious i will spend all day making sure corporate knows how rude you are and that your store is selling fake shoes.

I was really disappointed with my experience today. It took forever to get someone to help me get a pair of shoes for Father’s Day. I had to interrupt a sales girl just to get some help. And then she was extremely rude when I asked for a simple shoe in a size 10. That’s great you want to flaunt your off white sneakers but do your job and help customers.

I didn't end up buying anything this time, but the staff was very helpful. I was asked multiple times by multiple employee's if I needed any help. They were pretty busy and still were able to help every customer in there. Each employee was helping several shoppers. Well done

This place is the worst. The management (short white guy, tattoo on leg) is a joke. He said I could not return a shirt of clothing for my money back even though I had my receipt. He stated that since I bought it from another store he could not give me cash back. I worked in retail in college. The only reason he is saying this is to not affect the store sales numbers. Horrible customer service. I told one of the employees at the mall of America location where I made the original purchase, he laughed and said that’s not their corporate policy at all and confirmed that store was trying to manipulate their numbers. Will be contacting corporate about this matter.

Just left with a terrible shopping experience. Taller female sales associate was extremely rude and brash. Sighed did an eye roll when I asked for help. Gave no more than one or two word answers and made it seem like such a burden to grab shoes for you to try on. I generally try not leaving 1 star reviews because everyone has their days. But this was beyond that. This was just someone who should not work in a customer facing industry. The shorter female seemed to at least put in some effort, and she was polite to my nephew. The other rep gave such terrible service that the experience wasn't salvageable.

The sales guy who was trying to help me buy shoes (I believe his name was Jerry), had me try on shoes he thought was similar to the kind I would buy online. They were not the ones I was getting online because they were out of stock. He was confident that being men's shoes, but 2 sizes smaller, would fit my feet. They were fine for waking around in for a minute or two at the store. I got them at home from ordering them online. I walked around for a few minutes and my feet HURT SO BAD!!! I am definitely never spending any more money at this shoe store. The sales guy obviously knew nothing about sizing, fitting, and the stores shoes. I came into return them, I could NOT get my money back, only STORE CREDIT. such BS. So I took my business to STARTLINE! where I should have gone in the first place! Much smarter to get more expensive shoes that will not hurt your feet in the first minute of using them, then getting very cheap crappy shoes, where the sales people obviously know much less about their products and shoes. VERY dissatisfied, would NOT RECOMMEND finish line to ANYONE, ESPECIALLY if you're a runner!
