Arrowline siding has kept it's color and coating for 50 years. The roofing made of steel is a wonderful and beautiful product. We've never had a complaint. EDCO, the parent company, really doesn't need to improve the product because it outlives all expectations. The roofing and siding products may outlive the life of the building. If they do, they can be salvaged or recycled. Great for mother nature unlike all these other disposable exterior remodel and retrofit materials sold today. ~Jon

I highly recommend this Avis location! I rented a fantastic (almost new) car for a few days and found Bryan to be incredibly helpful. I accidentally left my laptop hidden in the back, and he facilitated a quick return even though the car was checked out for the next week (thank you to that driver as well). The experience at the downtown Hopkins store was absolutely horrible. We showed up to pick up our pizza (ordered well in advance) to find they had NO cheese and therefore NO pizza. We were not offered any condolence or apology. Not even our breadsticks were available for pick-up. The manager claimed that he tried to call and left a message but I had no record on my phone. This whole experience was ridiculous. ~Amanda

I had a terrible experience at this branch. I live in Hopkins and I would always go there to get a roll of quarters for laundry purposes. There is no coin machine in my apartment building so I have to go to the bank to get quarters. I have always gone there. I NEVER had a problem getting quarters from any teller at any time. However today when I went for my usual trip, I was rebuffed by a teller who stated "I had to be a customer to get quarters" I have lived in Hopkins for 2 years and have NEVER been told this in any previous times I went there. I believe the teller's name was "Jaime" or something similar. I explained that I have done this numerous times before with no problem. The teller then stated again you have to be a customer. NOWHERE in the bank does it state you have to be customer to do a simple exchange of cash for a roll of quarters. The teller was rude and did not handle the situation well. Another teller came over and was equally rude. I asked for a manager and that was not honored. The attitude of both tellers was not customer friendly at all. I was upset because I have done this exchange at this branch numerous times before. The rudeness made me feel like there could have been some racial animosity. I am African American. I have never felt that way before and do not make that accusation lightly. I will NEVER visit this branch again.
