The pharmacy service is fine when they are open. However, I was disappointed to arrive at the pharmacy at 6:03 to find it closed early at 6:00 when their generic medication pick-up reminder call said that they were open until 9:00. It would be nice if they could update their pharmacy hours in the app or in their phone calls to avoid wasting time and gas.

There is always, I mean always a line for prescriptions. Only one person helping behind the counter. I needed to get a meds for an infection after surgery they were closed no one to even fill the meds. Walgreens has really bad management. They need to fix the problem so more ppl are on duty to help ppl when in the store or even in the drive thur.

Was on hold for 20 minutes with 2 callers ahead of me, line started to ring and then I was immediately hung up on. This is not the first time this has happened with the pharmacy.

Came here before they close at 10 which was 9:53. Which I get they close soon but they had already locked the doors & the manager was just staring at me as this guy stood there and puffed on his ecig. So unprofessional. Did you guys close down early just to party? Or what.

It’s ridiculous that the drive thru is only open to Covid testing. This creates a super long line inside to pickup prescriptions increasing your chances of picking up Covid while I never see a single car at the drive thru for Covid testing. I’d think the drive thru could be open for prescription pickup during certain times. The immunocompromised, disabled, elderly, etc are forced to go inside? That’s just crazy. If short staffing is the problem, post it! I think there’s better solutions than how you’re currently operating. This just makes the store appear inept.

I feel there should be a notification on your website stating there is not longer drive-thru services to pick-up prescriptions. As a temporary disabled person with a broken ankle this is very inconvenient to get out of my car and come in to get my prescription. At this point I will be taking my business to another location so that they can assist me the way I need to be helped, with drive-thru service.

Drive through has been shut down for months because of Corp greed trying to do to much with limited staff. (Covid test, flu shots, vax and boosters) Line for prescriptions is insane. Be sure to block your calendar off if you are picking one up.

This place has become a joke. Drive-thru closed, ALWAYS a line and only one person helping...it's a rare sight to see two. Services are severely neglected here while the retail gets nearly all the focus. Also, ordering refills over the phone has become unreliable. Said prescription would be available by 4:30pm today, I go in at 4:50pm and there wasn't even an order received for it. Then the pharmacist tech said I didn't have any refill left. WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?! I've been coming here for years, but I think that time has come to an end. The proximity convenience does not outweigh all the negatives anymore...not even close.

I am trying to be empathetic. I understand everyone is short staffed, stressed, and doing their best with what tools they have available. With that said, I will never use this Wallgreens again. Their inability to have prescriptions ready in a timely manner is just unacceptable. I stood in line three separate times within 20 hours and they still did not get my prescription correct, even though the text message I received from them said it was ready. Completely disrespectful of my time. Also, do not rely on their automated phone system - it does not work correctly. I was told this by a pharmacy tech and experienced it first hand.
