I've previously just left this store as a worker, I was there for a little bit before moving onto something more for my life in mechanics. I can say that this store and team are really great,they will treat you great as a customer and do great and honest work. They are very honest and transparent about the work that they do on your vehicle and are honest and will not scam you unlike other shops. Overall a very good team and great store

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service on a tire repair for my Jeep Wrangler. The team was very upfront about timing and exceeded my expectations in repairing the tire. I have bought numerous sets of tires here in the past and will continue to use them as my go-to store!!

Found a huge nail in my brand new vehicles tire. They got me in on a Saturday afternoon without even flinching when everyone else said they couldn’t. When I went back to pick up my vehicle they presented me with a zero balance due and thanked me for choosing them to service my vehicle. They have definitely won my future business. This type of excellent customer service is hard to come by and Adam was wonderful to work with.

I had brand new tires on my car, less than 50 miles on them, and managed to get 2 screws in one of them. I did not get the tires from Goodyear but as I was afraid if I went home I’d end up with a flat tire in my garage so I stopped at the Goodyear dealership. Turned out, thankfully they were able to patch my tire. And the best part is that Goodyear doesn’t charge for that service! Even when the tires are another brand. Good service is something I appreciated. I will be going back here the next time I need tires!

staff was friendly and got my tires replaced quickly. However I requested to keep one of my tires that still had about half the tread life and they did not leave it in the trunk as they specified. (partly my fault for not checking before I left). Bead sealer was also left on the outer wall of one of the tires. No issue with tire seal but it is sticky and hard to clean. UPDATE: Mike reached out and had held on to my tire so I could still pick it up.

Our car had warning code so dropped our car off at Goodyear late at night Called next morning and they were super. They ran computer check on system and found problem. They were extremely friendly and ready to help. They got part I needed and installed it And my car was good to go. I will be going back here again. Staff friendly service great.

The most professional and outstanding auto repair facility I've been to in the area, including dealers. After I discovered a punctured tire, I went to a few area tire places before I realized that Kelly tires were owned by Goodyear. Many places were not able to get me the exact tire I needed and were not able to get me in quickly citing the lack of enough employees. Goodyear in Beckett Ridge were able to get a new tire to match the other 3 the next day. This was even quicker than I could find online. They were also able to schedule me for that day at 5. I dropped off the wheel early expecting to pick it up around 6 but they happened to be able to get in done in about 10 minutes. All of this might just be luck and timing, but I was really blown away when the manager carried the repaired wheel/tire to my car for me. Well done, I won't even think about going anywhere else in the future!

Thankfully despite 3 family cars I have been an infrequent visitor to this Goodyear auto service; about 4 times in the last 12 years since moving here. However on every visit, no matter who I speak with, the courtesy and professionalism are exceptional. They always do their best to be flexible, I always get treated like a daily customer, and the service is always super speedy. Thank you to this great team!!!
