Placed an order online, decided to pick up at store. I called asking if they had a designated drive-up area and the man on the phone was nice and informed me that the reserved pick-up parking spots are in the back of the store. My order was brought out to me and everything went smoothly.

I used to love Kohl's. I quit shopping at JCPenny 2 years ago due to ugly thin fabrics and styles. Now Kohl's has become the same. That new Draper collection is so ugly! And the prices ridiculous! I'm so glad I have enough clothes to last the rest of my life! So sad to see. It looks like clothes you would find in a third world country! UGH!

I used to love Kohl's. I quit shopping at JCPenny 2 years ago due to ugly thin fabrics and styles. Now Kohl's has become the same. That new Draper collection is so ugly! And the prices ridiculous! Kohls is a great place to shop. They have a huge selection of name, brand merchandise. Along with very good quality store brands as well. Currently you can go to their website at kohls.com and find instant savings. Currently they are offering kohls cash which is a program where after spending a certain amount of dollars you receive rewards which you can use on future purchases. If your kohls cash expires currently they have some leeway on expiration dates. They have a nice jewelry, selection, clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories. They always have a nice selection of holiday merchandise. They were always well stocked and the only issue with this store currently is the lack of employees. It's very hard to locate an employee for assistance while on the sales floor. This evening, I patiently waited over 15 minutes at the jewelry counter and no one ever showed up to help me. The cashiers just watched me wave at them, and did nothing to help me. This is just another disappointing sign of the times. Sadly, it's just a matter of time before most brick and mortar stores disappear, and be swallowed up by their online presence.

I'm a big fan of Kohls however when doing my exchange at this location the employee didn't offer to have an employee grab the new size for me. Whenever I gone to any other store they have already offered to have an employee grab the item when it is a same item exchange for a different size, when it is in stock. Just something I noticed and felt the customer service was lacking. Everything else was fine.

Found what I was looking for, and Kohls hasn't looked this good since it opened. It no longer looks like the worlds biggest garage sale. Everything is neat, clean, and orderly. No over stuffed racks. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

Came here to return an Amazon package. When you do that, they give you a $5 Kohl's cash coupon. If you will wander around there are some great bargains to be found with that five bucks. Everyone is short on staff right now so I don't hold that against them for having a somewhat messy store. Prices are a little high for things that aren't on sale but they do have bargains here and there.

This Kohl’s didn’t seem to have the same selection of clothes that other Kohl’s had - seemed rather limited. I think I caught the store when they were in the middle of getting ready for a season change.

I enjoy shopping here with my kids. I enjoy purchasing things when they are on clearance. I may have to wait 6 months before I can wear the items; however, when you save 80 to 90% , it is worth the wait. Update: My daughter purchased a shirt here and forgot to have the anti-theft device removed. I returned to the store and explained to the clerk, Deborah, what had happened. She was extremely kind and understanding and remove the device. I've always had a good experience in dealing with the staff here at this Kohls.
