Rolling eyes to customers , Snobby attitudes and just overall behaviors towards guests . Such unprofessional behavior . Someone needs to change the management and staff quick . Pure yuck ! No thanks to this store .

I had bought some JCF shorts online and needed to exchange them for a different size. I was expecting a hassle, but was pleasantly surprised by the two gentlemen who helped me. The first guy helped me find exactly what I wanted and the cashier (a very pleasant black guy) made the whole transaction smooth and seamless. Customer service is not dead! I ended up buying about $100 worth of stuff and would go back to shop at this store in a heartbeat! Kudos to these two guys!

Overall I had an extremely frustrating experience in this store. The first part was that there sales promotions were not correct. I thought I was buying a shirt for 50% off and it was only 40%, which I did not notice until I got home. The second frustration is that they ask for your email address for returns but really it is just so they can email you promotions. Lying to your customers is not how you build a customer base.

Great deals, but poor sizing options. I swear to God nothing was available in a women's size bigger than small. Better luck looking online. Too bad because they had a great selection of adordable options, just tiny sizes.

Great store with helpful folks and nice mostly on sale product. JCrew clothes IMO are mostly slim/tighter fitting so don't be embarrassed to buy a larger size than you're normally wearing

Friendly staff and great prices. The only problem is you can't exchange or return normal Jcrew items at this location. It wasn't super clear on the website if it was possible or not, otherwise I wouldn't have made an attempt to return.

Great selection of clothes to get ready for the cold winter months! Sarah was exceptionally helpful last weekend when I needed a few sizes traded out and wanted a different color sweater. Keep up the good work, Jcrew!

Good selection of clothing. Everything is typically 40% off MSRP or the clearance is 50% off last tag priced. I've found some great deals on items at the end of the seasons, which beats the final sale online prices sometimes.
