Had a great experience with my roommate, he came in to get a new phone and start a new line, the employee who helped us (I didn't catch his name, but we came in at 2:30ish on 10/13/22) was super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this location and thought the employees were excellent.

Soli was amazing - the most fun I’ve ever had having to troubleshoot and upgrade phones. She walked me through all the options, made sure everything was working and got me on my way I’m a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend

Great customer service with great personalities. This one individual, I believe her name was Soli. She was very sweet and helpful in helping buy a phone for my boyfriend. She explained the details and she showed me ways he can connect the phone to his laptop or iPAD. She was so influencing, I decided to by myself a new phone too. Overall, everyone in that store was helpful. Definitely will go back if I have any problems

The employee who helped me was very pleasant, and kind. He was also very knowledgeable of the service provided, and the technical portion as well. I believe his name was Torrey or Terry at the st.louis park store MN. He gave me a note with his name but i missplaced it.. i sure hope i got his name right! Either way,That man deserves a raise and praise! Overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Two weeks ago I came into this store really upset!! The previous person that convinced us into buying the phone… didn’t even care the plan was WAYYYYY MORE than he insinuated it would be. Thanks you the manager there, was really kind.. even though we were on vacation she was STILL able to help!!! Glad I went in and got this problem resolved finally!!!! How you talk to people matters!! And I won’t forget her face!!! Thank you!!

Last week, I upgraded and bought a new iPhone. It was shipped to my house within 24 hrs (awesome!). I went to the SLP store for help getting my info transferred to the new iPhone and worked with Torrey. Torrey was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I am not a tech-y person, and Torrey was able to answer my questions thoroughly and at a level I can understand. Torrey gets an A+ customer service rating from me. If you need iPhone help, go see Torrey!

A gentleman named Michael (?) assisted me. He was very clear in his communication in helping me with a replacement phone after mine had been stolen. I had been dealing with Samsung and online AT&T customer service about a cracked screen protector for over 3 months . Even taking the phone to a local repair site to see if they could fix my folding screen on the Samsung Z Flip 5G. Finally as a last ditch effort I brought it to this ATT store and Will looked at for 30 seconds and diagnosised that the factory screen protector (that all the forums cliamed could not be removed) was the the issue. He removed it while we were talking and I'm typing this review on my perfect screen now. Thank you Will!!!
