I'm writing about the pharmacy. If you can try to go somewhere else. The lead pharmacist doesn't even bother with customers. She acts like she doesn't see anything but her computer screen. The poor assistant is running around and working alone, so if there are people in front of you you'll end up waiting for a long time. But she is super helpful, so all stars are hers! ~Zsuzsanna

You can't reach anyone to talk in person. I tried calling their main number, an 800 number and using chat on their website. Not able to reach a live person. I will be switching my account I did see the reply from Wings. I did try both options and I was still unable to reach someone. I ended up calling a mortgage consultant to have her try to reach someone “live” for me. (I was not in need of anyone in the mortgage department, but they were the only ones that would answer a phone call) Funny story - she was unable to reach someone, but at least she did email an answer back to me later that day. I just feel this is poor customer service. ~Michelle
