All the staff are kind, welcoming and make each visit fun and entertaining. The shop is clean and well kept. The instruments are always clean and maintained. I drive from Minneapolis just for them!!! Services: Pedicures, Manicures, Back massages, Gel manicures, Nail art, Foot massages

I knew from the moment she started filling down my nails to put the tips on it was going to be rushed. She cut me several times and my actual nail ripped off and is just down to the skin. She was very rude when i told her she had been filling it down to much. I asked her if she could fix it and she started yelling at her coworker. She was doing a sloppy job trying to fix one nail so i asked if i could just have them taken off and she was very rude and told me she wouldn’t be taking them off and continuously cut me multiple times after and filled it down even though i told her not to she smudge all my nail polish and they looked like i used expired chunky nail polish on my nails and it was a very thin layer of acrylic which made them super easy to take off so i doubt they would have lasted me a week. I paid $50 for something i didn’t want and i took them off the minute i left she was very rude and rushed everything. Service: Acrylic nails

Charged me $35 for a polish change!!! I usually go to the nail place downstairs but she was busy so I came here for a quick polish change. Ridiculous!!!!! Anybody who wants to go here should go downstairs they do a much better job and have much better rates!!

I’ve been here a number of times (with an appointment) for gel french manicures and I’ve never left unhappy. They do incredible work in a short amount of time and offer a 5% discount for cash payments. Would recommend to a friend! Service: Gel manicures

I’d recommend this place over many others! The owner Jenny is very welcoming. And the nail techs are lovely. If you’ve had a bad experience give them a chance they’ll fix things for you with a smile! ☺️ Tina does such precise and amazing work.

I don’t think I’ll be coming back but for anyone thinking of getting gel, just make sure they get up to the cuticle.

Mall nail salons often have a bad rep for being too quick and not quality work. I had completely the opposite experience. The salon artists did a phenomenal job at making me feel comfortable, were funny and kind, gave me expert advice on my nails and did an amazing pedicure. Hard to find this. Def going back!

Very sweet and I love that they were gentle on my cuticles. At other salons they make my cuticles bleed and it makes me never want to get nails. Here they were carful and fast but very professional. :) Services: Manicures, Acrylic nails

I didn't have an appointment on black Friday so I just walked in and was lucky to get Kim who installed my acrylic nails for the first time. The whole process was painfree, very comfortable and fun! I'm a routine person and will definitely be going back! Service: Manicures
