Excellent tires, very fair price. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is that several times now they’ve told me they will have my car ready in an hour. It’s never an hour. For planning purposes, double the time estimate. Clearly none of them is married, since anyone who is married knows that you should under-promise and over-deliver and not vice versa. But a good crew and excellent value overall.

Terrible! Will never get tires installed here again! Took almost 3 hours. Went up to the front desk multiple times to get a wait time estimate. Eventually they realised my car had been done for 45 min and just couldn't find the keys to return. So frustrating and very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I was driving my aunts car and her TPM light came on. Her car tires had nitrogen in them instead of regular air so I had to find a place that would check them. I get my tires at Costco personally and love their service. I know they use nitrogen on my car ties so I pulled up to the bay. Within 10 seconds someone was there was a green tube checking my tires. They didnt check to see if I bought the tires from them, they just did it. No charge. And with a smile. Great job! This is why I continue to buy tires from them and my aunt is never going to another shop again for tire work.

I shop at Costco regularly and their prices are on-point so I go to the tire center mainly out of convenience. Dealt with them periodically over the years buying tires, buying new battery and dropping off old one, and getting tires serviced. Terminally understaffed with grumpy, condescending, overworked staff. Getting literally ANYTHING done there takes what feels like forever, which is particularly dangerous during COVID times. They let their phones ring 30 times before they answer. Good luck getting anyone's attention to fill your tires with air (despite it being advertised as a complimentary service). Not the kind customer service I've come to expect at any of the other departments at the E.P. warehouse.

I took it in for repair which they offer for free, but it was irreparable. They let me know that they ordered a new tire for me for free and put my spare on for me! You can’t go wrong with Costco!

Bought my tires 10/23/18 and told less than five days for them to arrive. Also told no appointments due to their busy season. Two weeks later, my tires hadn't arrived. Had to call practically nom-stop for over a week to reach someone to get this info! No explanation or apology, just ordered new ones! Another two weeks goes by and I'd again been calling, calling, calling and never getting an answer! The end of the two weeks, the day before Thanksgiving, of course, I get a call saying my tires are in, but no other info. I was moving that weekend and had another week's worth of stuff to handle! I was finally able to get over there first thing this morning (Monday, 12/8), just to find out that they're taking appointments again and they can't get me in the another week! I told therm I'd been waiting for my tires for four weeks and had been told no appointments were being made! No apologies, no trying to squeeze me in or anything else! I said I could hang out until they could do it, which they said could've been hours, but nope, I gotta wait another week instead! Saving money is great, but if you aren't gonna get your product for over a month and are still gonna be put off after that and don't bother to tell you that you will need an appointment when your tires do finally come in and they're so busy they don't answer their phone most of the time, it's worth paying the extra $80-100 somewhere else and be done right away!

Getting tires at Costco always involves waiting, more waiting, and then... more. I was initially put off by this. But once I got service from the technicians and saw their concern about the safety of any vehicle they touch, I was impressed. I came in today to fix a slow leak on one wheel. As they were finishing the repair, I saw they looked at the pressure and lug nut tightness on all my wheels, not just the one with the problem. A+++

I had new tires put on today. The entire staff was friendly, worked hard, and had excellent communication skills. The young man who was replacing my tires noticed a possible issue / design flaw with my original tires due to corrosion with the the air stem / tire sensor , he was correct in his assessment as my vehicle spent 4 years in Key West, Florida. Salt water air destroys everything, even stainless steel. He clearly explained to me he would do his best to save the part using an angle grinder, if he could, but also explained I could be looking at an additional expense of roughly $45 dollars per wheel. I told him, I trusted his judgement. He was able to salvage the original pieces and was honest. The hard work displayed by the entire crew and the integrity shown to me is why I'm taking my time to write this review. I don't plan on having this vehicle when it needs new tires again, but the honesty and integrity shown to me today is why I appreciate the entire staff at the Eden Prairie Costco Tire Center and hopefully they are recognized.

I shop at Costco weekly. So when it comes to tires, it becomes a convenient choice. However, this time is not my common Costco shopping experience. The technician talked me out of my first choice and recommended some tires that they didn't have in stock. They had to order the tires for me. Few days later they called me and told me my tires were there. On the phone, I made an appointment on Tuesday the next week. When I came in on Tuesday, they couldn't find my appointment record and told me there was nothing they could do without even offering me any options like setting another appointment. I had to wait 25 minutes in the line each visit. After I wasted one hour, I got nothing done and was told there is nothing they could do. I was very disappointed and ended up returning my special ordered tires. Maybe they have superior products and competitive price, but the service needs to be more professional. At least sending more people to the counter when there are 10 customers waiting in the line and don't tell your paid customers there is nothing you could do.

The tire center people are great people, they do great work, their prices are great and they go above and beyond a normal place to get you in and get you taken care of. The last ~12 tires on two vehicles have been through Costco Tire Center at this location. However, it's been tough to get them to answer the phone with questions or making an appointment, and the last 24 hours have been beyond all reason. I either cycle endlessly through the dial in number and the tire center, letting it ring ~15 times before it goes back to the main number, or I'm put on endless hold without a word (30+ minutes and I give up), or after a couple cycles someone at Costo picks up the phone and hangs it up - I can hear them do it. It's not a phone system glitch, I can hear them doing it. Costco Management should be ashamed of themselves. They are pushing the tire unit to make completely fake numbers and it's showing up in their lack of customer service - they have nobody to answer the phone and way, way too much to do every day. I don't blame the people in the shop doing the actual work, I blame the store manager and the execs. Hopefully someone who knows them reads these and passes on this one star review, because I can guarantee the people at Costco making these staffing decisions are cocooned safely in their BMW or Lexus world and would never even consider bringing their vehicle to a Costco.
