2 stars bc the spicy chicken sandwich was editable & pretty okay. Waited for what seemed like forever in the drive thru (seriously over 12 minutes); was told the chicken was cooking..cool, fresh, hot food. The fries were not editable at all, they were burnt to a crisp, hurt to chew and just gross. Not sure why I waited so long for a fresh mediocre sandwich and very very old fries. Thought the place looked nice but for $12 I will likely not be back! Oh and the Mac n cheese was absolutely gross. The noodles weren’t even al dente (sp? - still very crunchy) and my 2 year old who will eat Mac n cheese off the floor wouldn’t touch it.

As always, great food and friendly, helpful service. But just not sure what is changing. Inside dining was closed and they only have self service kiosks. I don't mind self service, but sometimes it is nice to have a person to interact with when taking an order. Still overall very good.

This is our second time being here. They are usually dead inside and we like the calm scene while eating. Today was a disaster. Walked in to a lot of conversations going on. Took a minute for someone to take our order and I expected fresh food since we were the only ones in the restaurant. Took a bite of my fry and was immediately disappointed! No one’s food was fresh. Chicken and fries felt and tasted like they had been sitting. Asked for fresh food & everything still wasn’t fresh. They took our old food and I don’t know what happened but the chicken sandwich tasted the SAME ! Fries were fresh but that was all! I would NOT recommend coming here as this is the second time this has happened. UPDATE: I emailed customer service about my experience and was told I would receive 2 free meal cards in the mail and never received them. Emailed them and no one responded. Not only is the store a joke but corporate is no better!

The restaurant was dirty, the payment window cashier was wearing headphones that they had pull out to talk to us (without washing hands), and the milkshake machine was being cleaned early. The food was also gross. A waste of money. Used to really like PDQ but they started hiring people who don’t care about the quality in their name.

Paid 16 for a meal & a sandwich. The food was cold & we were only ones in line. I asked for regular chicken nuggets & got spicy ones. A total of 5 fries for the meal. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This is the best most underrated chicken around. They have had these delicious chicken sandwiches long before the recent "chicken sandwich wars". The only reason I can think of why PDQ isn't more talked about is because there aren't many around. You owe it to yourself to try this place if you like a good chicken sandwich. Also great shakes and sauces.

Food is always good and staff is always kind, but over the last few months the cleanliness is what has really gone down hill. Your shoes stick to the floor so much that it pulls them off. There are dead flies near the ketchup and napkins. Ketchup all over the counter, the drink machine doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a while. Every time I go in I tell myself it will be the last time because it is just so dirty.

The service was really friendly and quick, I was surprised say how fast my order was out. The chicken was really good and the fries were even better, though they were out of waffle fries the normal ones were still great. Loved the sweet Sriracha sauce too!

Been going here for a few years now for good food, but today our daughter got the special treatment. The manager let her make her own milk shake back in the kitchen and was given a fireman’s hat. Our little girl was on cloud 9 all afternoon. :)

I like this place, has good chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders. They use to have zucchini fries which I think it was very good and one of their signature fries but am sad to say they don’t have it no more! I hope they bring it back!! The regular fries are good but some times is really not enough, some people may get a lot and some may get less. Over all good place!
