I have been on hold now over 30 minutes waiting to check on a prescription. I get the same message every 15 seconds: "We're sorry. Our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on. We will be with you shortly. There are more than 3 calls ahead of you." In 30 minutes the number of calls ahead of me has not gone down. This is not good customer service.

Pharmacy is awful. Staff is curt & rude. Hangs up on phone calls. Save yourself the headache & go elsewhere! I am after 4 years.

Just wondering if anybody at this store EVER answers the phone. I have spent more than 6 hours on hold over the past week trying to talk with someone in the pharmacy. You get about 20 minutes of please hold on, there is 1 caller ahead of you. Then it switches to a different recording that just says the staff is busy answering other calls. At about the 30 minute mark it disconnects the call. Every single time. If I could get this medicine anywhere else I would. Nobody is that busy.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR CARE. POOR ATTITUDE. I had an insurance issue. I understand that that is not the pharmacy’s fault nor concern. But the tech was nasty with me and did not fill the medications at all. There was five visits IN ONE DAY. I was told 15-20mins TWICE. I get being understaffed, I get the high volume of incoming prescriptions but say that !! I was a pharm tech at Walgreens previously and this is just unacceptable. ATTITUDE MAKES THE DIFFERENCE.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life. RUDE RUDE RUDE! I am switching to another pharmacy , because today was it for me. Girl at the window, and I say girl because no woman would act the way you did, I understand everyone has a bad day here and there but I also work customer service myself and if I treated anyone the way you treated me today, I would have been at least written up.

I would Normally rate this store a 10 ! I understand Being Busy hopefully getting people Vaccinated but with the drive thru At least Acknowledge the Customer I pulled to the Window and Sat there dor 15 minutes rang the call button then Finally got a We will be right with You!
