I came in this week to get something fixed on my account, that was human error. I received the BEST customer service when I went inside. Jennifer provided exceptional service. It took a few minutes to dig in and find the problem. Once she did, she made sure everything was fixed and I was satisfied. What impressed me even more was that she called me the next day to follow up and make sure everything was good. I also want to compliment Monte for his excellent service as well. Everyone in the office who worked with me were respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. I was debating whether or not I would take my business elsewhere prior to my last visit, but my encounter with these individuals changed my mind. They are to be commended and should be rewarded if this is the level of service they consistently provide. Great job!

This is a very quick and fast convenient wash. Catt, one of the managers, have been very helpful. She told me about the different deals and services I can get by becoming a member. I will definitely look into it 😎 I really like that I don’t have to wait for a vacuum. After I am finished, not only my car is clean, I feel a lot better ❤️ Love this location 👍🏽#GreatService

I love this carwash but I’ll have to stop coming Great customer service when it comes to the girls in the front , but the fat guy in the tunnel is never doing his job this is the 4th time I come and he never sprays my car because he’s always on his phone not paying attention he just sends me in i spoke to a young lady named Jennifer about the issue and now she sprays my car every time I go great customer service from her part..

Lots of defective vacuum cleaners still now… In the past, during the rainy season, I have experienced quite a lot of dirty carwash for my $52+ monthly membership (some sticky black oil or mud on my aluminum wheels and lower car body… A complete disaster for my 2020 Mits Sport with a unique blue paint…). That issue seems to be fixed, but let’s wait for the coming rainy season! The personnel is wonderful and friendly despite the turnover rate is very high. Plus, they positively trying to keep the place clean, and the restroom is very clean as well!

"I had the pleasure of visiting Spin Car wash today. What can I say. It was a wonderful experience. I was greeted at the terminal by a young lady that was very pleasant and informative. She explained to me about the different types of car washes they offered and suggested the best one for my Suv. She even discussed monthly memberships that would save me money in the long run. I will definitely be returning for more car washes and taking advantage of the monthly membership. My car went in dirty and came out spotless. Thanks to your staff." Looked amazing with cool machine but terrible quality to clean the car. I had some bug stains and paid extra to remove them but they did not. Very dissatisfied to say the least. To make matters worst, the free vacuum is like a social club where people finish vacuuming and stay there so inconsiderate talking or inside their cars playing with their phones forever. We found an empty spot that was open and guess what none of the vacuum hoses worked. The business did not put a sign to advise and then we could not back out to move to another spot because it was the last one on the way out and many cars were bottled neck coming out of the car wash. Terrible experience. I wish the owner could give me my $25 dollars back. Services: Car waxing, Vacuuming

I’m not satisfied with the service. Got the 25 dollar wash and it seems some of the soap was not even washed off the top of the car. I also noticed greasy splotches on my front window and hood that definitely weren’t there before, not to mention the scratches on the hood. Something tells me the front roller was not very clean and picked up something nasty. This was my first and last time coming to this wash.
