Best car detailing service in Miami, Florida (FL) 2024

Full service wash was $30 plus tip, pricey! It was a pretty good wash but they didn't do the inside rear passenger glass or rear windshield. I didn't notice that until I was down the road. I can also get a free express wash within 5 days with receipt. ~greg6833

Damaged the lining on my sunroof with the pressure washer… now I have a serious leak and a HUGE water stain throughout all of my headliner. To add insult to injury, I was billed and tipped very generously only to find that all my change in the coin holder had been removed from the car. Seriously? ~Raymond

I would put a negative 1 star if possible this by far has been the worst car wash i have ever been. They don't remove your carpets to vacuum under them. They don't use any kind of armor all on anything inside or outside the tires and rims I had to clean at home. There were dirty spot all over the truck the side view mirrors were not even touched I had to basically rewash it at home. The picture below is of me cleaning just two rims. Pay a little more where you can get your money's worth. And let's not forget didn't even ask if I wanted any kind of fragrance. ~Jose

I really wanted to like this place based off of the amazing reviews, so I drove an hour away to have the opportunity to have my car cleaned here. I chose the full detail package since it had been a while since I’d had my car deep cleaned and although it was pricey, it seemed like everything I needed. When I finally returned a few hours later, I saw my car and it now had these purple stains on the exterior in a few spots. When I brought it up, a few staff members acted like I was seeing things when it was clearly noticeable. Finally once we got over the language barrier (Spanish is the primary language at this business), they acknowledged the spots and tried wiping them away. They were set in already and the staff then tried to sell me on an additional $200 purchase to get the car polished saying that it would get rid of the 4-5 stains. I obviously refused because I shouldn’t have to pay for damage that occurred while my car was in their care. After an hour of scrubbing, the stains became minor enough that I just gave up hope, thanked them, and left. For a $200+ car wash/ detail, the exterior of the car still had dirt on it, you could see dried water/cleaner marks throughout the car (nothing a simple wipe down at home can’t fix), and there were multiple scratches on the plastic interior and marks where upholstery was damaged because they scrubbed too hard. It’s pretty upsetting that I thought this was an investment for my car and ended up leaving with actual damage in multiple spots. Sadly I would not recommend this place and regret going. For the high price, they should be more careful with your vehicle, regardless if it is high end or not. ~Des
