Art N Soul On 101

If you're looking for holiday gifts, there isn't a better spot in Encinitas than Art N Soul. The handcrafted jewelry, accessories, home decor and holiday decorations offer something for everyone, and I appreciate their support for local artists and charities. I found some beachy greeting cards and ornaments to thank our nonprofit Hands of Peace board members for their service. ~Diana

Cardiff Hand Car Wash

I, amy family and friends have been loyal customers of Birmingham Car Wash for several years. Roni ( car wash Manager) has always gone above and beyond to take care of us. Unfortunately, last month while Roni was on vacation things went terribly wrong! - I was overcharged by $9 - My Jeep was totaled (see pictures) by an attendant that fled the scene - Valero’s insurance company, Nationwide is low balling me with a “take it or leave it” offer for settlement - AND with several attempts to give Valero the opportunity to make it right by giving me car wash s in exchange for money, the GM has declined. Draw your own conclusions? My position is you do what you can to make your mistakes good! Services: Delivery, Vacuuming ~greg

Midas

This is the only place I bring all my vehicles. Try to find someone who can beat theirs prices, and all work is covered under a warranty, I have only ever had one issue come up which was due to the age of my fuel line not their workmanship and they still had me come back and and they replaced the entire line for free and it wasn’t even their fault the clip broke. Jeff is who I always work with, he remembers your name, grabs your keys and sends you on your way he doesn’t make you wait while he fills in the paperwork. They have the best service and prices in encinitas ~will

Flashbacks Recycled Fashion

I’ve been going to this store since I was 14, and every single time, I’ve never walked out fully satisfied. I began working in the vintage industry when I was 16 and finally realized how overpriced and grossly exploitative Flashbacks is. I went in now as an 18 year old and decided to sell my clothes at the Flashbacks in Carlsbad. I’ve sold my clothes before at the Encinitas Flashbacks and the experience has been much better than the Carlsbad location. Particularly today, I went in to sell my clothes (showed up 15 minutes early might I add), not a large amount, and waited 2 and a half hours for my buy to be finished, whilst already late for another appointment afterwards. I noticed the girl walk out and take her break halfway through, extending my wait even longer. They left my clothes unattended with no supervision. The store was practically empty when I showed up, so there was no reason for me to wait as long as I did. ~Eliza
