I, amy family and friends have been loyal customers of Birmingham Car Wash for several years. Roni ( car wash Manager) has always gone above and beyond to take care of us.
Unfortunately, last month while Roni was on vacation things went terribly wrong!
- I was overcharged by $9
- My Jeep was totaled (see pictures) by an attendant that fled the scene
- Valero’s insurance company, Nationwide is low balling me with a “take it or leave it” offer for settlement
- AND with several attempts to give Valero the opportunity to make it right by giving me car wash s in exchange for money, the GM has declined.
