No one says anything good about cable companies or phone companies. But we got an issue resolved at Verizon Encinitas. The manager, Daniel, took care of it all and was really good about it. So kudos and thanks to him. We'd go 5 stars except that it took a long time

The store was busy and I didn't get an appointment. I waited for an employee. He quickly helped me with my data overage and was able to tell me my house is not on the available sites for Wi-Fi. Bummer.

The customer service here was so patient- customers were being so rude to them for no reason and they were so busy and staying so calm and collected and kind. Mad respect for the people working here.

Horendous service. Beyond slow and unhelpful. Was trying to trade in an iphone for a new one. All they wanted to do is upsell you on the service plan. Went down the road to the Apple store and go exactly what I was looking for without all the issues and poor service provided at Verizon.

Called to get questions about transferring my service to a different company since the price for our service went up and we can get a better deal elsewhere (been researching for a few months). Jonathan answered the phone and was very rude. I understand companies want to keep their customers and "talk them into staying", but there is a polite way of making those recommendations. The attitude I received on the call from the very beginning convinced me even more that switching companies is the best decision. I recommend training employees on appropriate customer service and having those representatives answer the phone.

I had a great service service experience when I came to this particular Verizon store to replace my old and depleted iPhone. I was helped by a customer service representative (Miguel) who shared information about all the plans and phone models . He also guided me through a special offer via Verizon customer service program, over the phone, which saved me hundreds of dollars for each family member. I highly recommend the store for their professional, knowledgeable and courteous support.

So I am more than frustrated with Verizon, this includes the terrible in store service and their worse online service and website. Every time I go to look for a new phone and think about upgrading I change my mind. You get a great looking offer and then nope, not for you, thats only this type of person or service. Seems like bait and switch non stop, just frustrating! My days with Verizon (>15 years) are about numbered!

It was with hesitation that I visited this Verizon store today coming off of Black Friday, with Cyber Monday just around the corner, but I needed to get a new Jetpack. I arrived a bit before 2:00, was greeted at the door with an approx. waiting time of 45 mins and my name was put on the wait list, even though I knew what I needed. I waited closer to an hour until my name was finally called. The Sales Associate, Gabriel, brought me 2 options to choose from and explained both. I quickly made my decision then proceeded with my upgrade transaction, which went smoothly and I was out the door. My rating of 4 stars is because of the long wait time, even though someone let me know, where I was in the queue after 30 mins or so. A few other customers were not happy with the long wait time. This is a busy store, maybe Verizon should staff up or provide shorter queue times for people who know what they want to purchase. How about an express line? Just a thought.

Thank you to the general manager Darryl who helped my mom and I purchase new phones this week. We are not tech savvy at all, and all I can say is that this man was extra helpful, super kind and was very patient with answering ALL of our questions. He listened to what we were interested in and based his recommendations on our needs. Overall it was a great experience. We learned so much from him and we truly appreciated his genuine personality. We love our new phones and are extremely happy we walked into the Encinitas Verizon.
