Hi I came in to get my nails filled after I was done I went outside and the color was all wrong so i came back in i talked to the nice guy John in the front he said we can fix it so i came back 30 minutes later the same lady that did my nails before was very rude to me and had a very bad attitude towards me i am letting you know so you Dont loose customers

If you're looking for the best full service salon.... this is the best place hands down. It's such a pretty, clean and relaxing salon. Make sure to book with Nee for nails, Helen for pedicure and Jackie for hair. I've been going to this salon for over 20 years and moved 45 minutes away 3 years ago and still drive the distance because they ALL listen to my special requests and truly care about their business. Shout out to the owners of this salon ... they take pride in customer service and care about every customer. Many thanks to PRO HAIR AND NAILS for all you do.

They did a very good job on my nails. It lasted for long. Their prices is market reasonable. As soon as you enter, front desk welcome their customers with a smile and take care of them quickly. No long waits. Yes, very welcoming, very professional. I personally been going to PRO nails for 5 years and won't change. Manager is very professional and pleasant.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but I felt so disappointed when I went to this nail salon. I had a pedicure and a manicure and the girls were very sweet. I’m not giving a bad review because of the professionalism but due to their products. I believe they use cheap polish that chips and doesn’t apply easily. It was clear it was very thick. In fact, I had to go in an hour plus to have them fix my nail because it was still mushy. Sorry Pho Nails invest in better products and you’ll have reoccurring customers. Way overpriced for the half-a$$ed manicure. Every single step of the manicure from the filing to the painting, you could tell she just wanted to get it done asap. She was blabbing on her phone the whole time and even cut me, making my thumb bleed lol. Missed so many spots while painting my nails! Then I got kicked out of my seat literally 2 minutes into the drying process so they could seat another customer, which made me smudge my nail before even leaving the place. Let's just say I will never be back :) Service: Manicures

I came in to get my nails painted with gel. Was told it was $14.. I asked 3 times “$14? One four? Fourteen dollars?” She confirmed yes. When I was ready to go I was told it was $40. Then they blamed me for misunderstanding I wish I painted my nails at home myself

Friendly staff, nice decor. There's a fair salon that is quiet popular so if you want a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, this is not the place. They spoil kids rotten and have three kids chairs so it's perfect for littles. However, a mani/pedi for kids with design will run you $32.

It's so easy to complain than to leave a positive comment, but this place truly is the worst. I got a deluxe mani/pedicure. Do not waste your time or money. My nails are not smooth, snagging everything. The massage on arms and legs, terrible. My daughter got Gel and the shape is terrible, edges are ragged too. Upon checking out, the owner, total slime ball, said that they needed to charge extra because I didnt get polish in my nails and she just buffed them. The cost of polish is more than the 5 minutes it took her to buff all 10 nails. She did not tell me.it was extra so the manager said he wasnt going to charge me but would deduct it from nail girl for not telling me. After I paid I told the manager that the girl only massaged my toes and feet, not my legs. He said, "Ya the girls get lazy you have to stay on top of them." Then he kind of chuckled. I just smiled, my daughter stared at him blankly, and I said thank you have a nice evening. With so.many choices in the area, just pick a different establishment. There is not customer service and no ones cares if they do a good job for you.

I had extremely poor service today- no choice of beverage offered, no choice of pedicure. I wanted to have a leisurely nice pedicure with extended massage but no one even offered to me- I guess its nice it was cheap but what a disappointment. Will definitely go to much nicer places going forward because I do not care for being treated this way.
