This Kohl's has a fantastic staff that go above and beyond in customer service! The store is clean and well organized and deserves our local support. We have seen what happened to Bed Bath and Beyond. Although there were other factors in this chains mass closings. Lets not allow that to happen to this anchor store in RSM and shop here. I went here knowing exactly what I wanted and knowing that they had seven in stock after checking online. Turns out the item was on a top shelf in back stock. It took me 55 minutes to get somebody to help me get that item. I had to ask three different people a total of four times. The overall experience was pretty weak. ~Derek

Totally agree with all assessments given the hard time I've had just trying to schedule an appointment. Every time I select and available time it tells me that the time that was available is not availalbe and to select another. After 7 different tries for a time that was available, I finally tried calling but again hit a wall. I then tried calling doctor services thinking that they must at least care about not offending doctors and that line didn't pick up either and had no voicemail set up. This has to be the worst run facility based on my experience and those of others. ~Dean

I found exactly what I needed, and at great prices. Linda, the cashier was so very, very sweet! In fact, if she was any sweeter I would have gotten a cavity. ~Jerry

They did a very good job on my nails. It lasted for long. Their prices is market reasonable. As soon as you enter, front desk welcome their customers with a smile and take care of them quickly. No long waits. Yes, very welcoming, very professional. I personally been going to PRO nails for 5 years and won't change. Manager is very professional and pleasant. ~souraya

Walked in bank to open a new account. One customer at teller and one talking to banker. Two employees available. One asked what I needed and I replied open a new account. He asked if I had an appt and I replied no. He said I could not open an account without an appt. Are there any banks that offer customer service any longer????? Needless to say U S Bank will not have my new bank account. ~Marv

Went here 3 times now. The first 2 were with a stylist that was full time, but she was transferred to another location. The last one I seemed to possibly be newer or possibly part time. She probably did a better job than the first one. No complaints. ~Paul

Had to request a fairly sizable refund for services rendered at this location and was accommodated without issue. This was a big relief for me :) In general the staff here seem sharp, professional, and courteous. Thanks again! ~Thomas

Shannon was the best! I went in not really knowing what I wanted, just that I wanted something more modern. And boy did she deliver! She even worked with my cowlick and did an amazing job with the short to long method. A true master! ~Michael

I LOVE Muskan threading!!! I have been a customer for 4 years now and the quality of work that they do is awesome. Lesley is amazing!!!! she’s always so kind and makes my eyebrows consistently one point. I don’t trust or go anywhere else. If you are in the OC area this is the place to go! They also opened up a new location in Crown Valley. I’m so happy to see these amazing women expand their business and it’s been a pleasure to watch it grow!
