I LOVE Muskan threading!!! I have been a customer for 4 years now and the quality of work that they do is awesome. Lesley is amazing!!!! she’s always so kind and makes my eyebrows consistently one point. I don’t trust or go anywhere else. If you are in the OC area this is the place to go! They also opened up a new location in Crown Valley. I’m so happy to see these amazing women expand their business and it’s been a pleasure to watch it grow! LADIES IF YOU WANT BEAUTIFUL BROWS TRUST ME THEY WONT DISAPPOINT!!! Service: Body waxing

I have been coming to this location since I have moved back to OC. Let me tell you. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded since HS. That’s about almost 15 years of experience. I’ve gone to all kinds of stores, well known ones too, such as Ziba. The point is, I know a great artist when I see one. Her name is Leslie. She is from Nepal. She is the sweetest and the kindest employee. Always ready for engagement for interaction and making you feel at home. She is now my permanent artist. I have moved and I still drive to her just cause I know I won’t be disappointed. Go to this place, see Leslie. Do yourself a favor. :)

Not a fan. I’ve never been pinched so much while getting threaded. I hoped that at least I would have left with nice eyebrows, instead eyebrows were uneven and a couple of pinched spots bled. Absolutely would not recommend.

I will never set foot in here again. One lady was working yesterday and I felt like I was being tortured the entire time. I hv gone here before and hv had many eyebrow threading but nothing so painful. Under my brow is red and chewed up. She also stopped mid brow to answer the phone and had poor bedside manners. They also raised their prices : I wish I was able to post a pic on here of how. Chewed up my brows look

Exciting news to share with everyone !!! There is a new location at 27660 Margurite pkwy, mission viejo ca 92692 !!! Outside still reads “BROWSTORY” !! Pinky and Leslie/ Luxmi are now here !! Unfortunately, due to a passing in family, they are not available - Saturday October 24 2020, both ladies will be back in their RSM STORE by pavilions !!! Super excited to have them back !!! The quality , experience and customer service is always exceptional !!!! Welcome back ladies !!! We are happy to see you both again!!

My first time and boy was it a disappointment! I waited for two other ladies to get threaded and then it was my turn. She asked me to come back because tomorrow because it was going to take too long... Seriously you waited to tell me once it was my turn!! Ridiculous.

I have only done threading once,so I was a bit sensitive to threading but the shape came out fantastic and she did it very quickly so I didn't tear up too much!! Says to come every 2 weeks so the hair doesn't get too long and rooted, that's usually when it gets more painful to yank out the hairs!
