I went here knowing exactly what I wanted and knowing that they had seven in stock after checking online. Turns out the item was on a top shelf in back stock. It took me 55 minutes to get somebody to help me get that item. I had to ask three different people a total of four times. The overall experience was pretty weak.

Enjoy coming to Lowe's and I rented the carpet cleaning machine and was well worth it too. Great product!!

I went into store today Had a problem of getting new paint that I got wrongly made The paint desk workers said they can’t match it because the bar code had paint on it I asked for a manager and SAL was AMAZING SAL got me the right paint immediately and he was super friendly.

I prefer Lowes for home projects, residential use. I don't think I have ever been disappointed walking into, or out of a Lowe's.

Lowe’s delivery service was not optimal. I had to drive up in person to talk with someone. I was on hold for 40 minutes and showed them my phone. The manager apologized, and I got help right away once I arrived in person. Maybe work on the phone service for customers?

Love shopping at Lowe's. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, they have everything a DIYer could need and it's just a great place especially the garden department. 🌱❤️

They have a good selection, but not everything I always need. Some things are special order from the website, but their website isn't user friendly. Associates are always nice and fairly knowledgeable. I'd like if they provided references for more technical / licensed work.

Lowe's once again sends me home with a BIG Smile! After going to Home Depot 3 times, and Best Buy looking for the right fridge at the right price we stopped in our neighborhood Lowes . We were assisted by appliance Sales Associate "Kurt". My husband and I were quickly assisted to find the perfect fridge , at the perfect price and best of All it was in stock ! Kurt was so professional, so attentive to our needs, this says alot for Lowes to have such skilled and proffessional entrepreneurs who go above and beyond in taking good care of a customer. Kurt truly deserves a 10 for his patience, listening skills and willingness to give his 100 percent to make us true Lowes Customers

This is a great store and friendly staff. The gentleman cut several sheets of wood for me perfectly and saved me about 6 hours. He was really nice about it.
