As a traveling healthcare provider, it is alway nice to come across an outstanding business. Friday afternoon. Heading home after work. Walked out to my car, only to find a flat tire. Called AAA. After 2 1/2 hours, and a change in tow companies, arrived at Jim Lind Service @ 5 PM. Tow truck operator had already talked to them, letting them know I had a 3 hour trip ahead of me. As soon as I arrived, their crew was on it! Back on the road at 5:30 PM. Service like this is hard to find today. Well done! I am in the area until mid-November. Had new calipers rotors and pads put on my wife's traverse. Everything went great from my initial call to inquire about having the work done through picking the vehicle up. My daughter got a flat driving from Des Moines to Fayette, she is from Wisconsin, so a long way from home! They got her in on a Sunday, did not have the tire in stock but found a tire for her. She was on her way back to school in a very short amount of time. Very friendly, nice people. Service: Tires

We needed an oil change during a trip here to Waterloo. This station was very friendly and accommodating. All staff were very nice. We were in and out in 30 min; maybe a lil faster. If we're in town again we will definitely return even if it's only to get gas.

We got a flat tire due to debris on the road 15 miles from Waterloo on Saturday at 7:45pm. I was amazed to find a service station that was open on a Saturday night that would repair the tire for us. We put the donut spare on and took the flat tire to Lind. It was nearly 9pm by the time we got there. The staff was pleasant and hard working and were happy to assist us. We were back on the road before 10pm!! Amazing!!! Thank you so much for being open but more importantly for having amazing people that were willing (and happy) to work so hard to get us back on the road!! Service: Tires

Purchased tires with promise of lifetime rotate and balance. I am now finding out, even though it’s still Jim Lind Service Center, they no longer stand behind their promises. I will be going elsewhere with my business. Very disappointed!!! Service: Tires

Very helpful staff who dropped whatever they were doing to change a tire. Very thankful to have this service when nobody else was open. They were very efficient and got us back on the road in a short time, which was very much appreciated since we had 4 hours left of driving late into the night.
