One of my favorite little truck stops In the USA. The coffee used to be sooo good until they recently switched to the bean to cup machines yuck! Bitter taste and texture like cappuccino boojie New England folks coffee, don’t expect a real cup of coffee coming here

Close to cedar falls, ia! Has truck parking and most caseys do in Iowa, need more caseys like this in the country! Also not a 24 hour location anymore! Closes at 11pm. Has 1 🚿 shower

I love Casey's. Any time I can find one that has truck diesel and or parking I tend to visit. I've never had a bad experience. Until today that is. Everything was great to start out. I came to scale my load and put fuel in my tractor. The clerk that helped me was very respectful and friendly. I went back outside, parked my truck, walked my puppy, then got on the app and ordered some pizza. I did a few things then walked back inside. I purchased a few items, friendly clerk again, then walked over to pick up my pizzas. I stood there. Stood there some more. And then stood there some more. The whole time the guy knows I'm there, but does not so much as acknowledge my presence. This went on for a good 3 or 4 minutes. I had decided that he had about 1 more minute before I walked up front and asked for a refund. Right as I made that decision he finally asked me if I had the 2 pizza order. This was my first time even walking past the front counter at this location. Had he just acknowledged me, I would've given 5 stars.

Great store, friendly staff. The asst mgr is very helpful. They have clean restrooms. The parking is good in the front but the back lot has deep pot holes. They need to concrete the whole lot.

I ended up stopping here twice today. Once in the morning and once in the evening. I also did an online carry out order. Order was ready right at the 20 minutes. Taco pizza was absolutely perfect but had I known the cheesy breadsticks were that freaking amazing I wouldn’t have ordered anything else. The place was super clean except where the family with kids had food all over that floor/chairs but the employees were on it as soon as they left. The evening breadsticks were awesome again. Between they cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the employees I can’t complain. (It’s not that fake friendliness either where they have to say hi to every single person walking through the door even if that means interrupting the customer they’re with...) As for the semi/large vehicle parking area, there are a lot of dropped trailers but there are about 20 spots for other drivers. If there’s no parking, no biggie. There are a few truck stops in the area as well as the casino, Walmart, etc.

We get pizza here a lot. There's a guy working in the kitchen, Tyler, who is really great. You can tell he cares, wants the customer to be happy. It's nice dealing with someone who isn't just putting in the time. He's friendly and helpful.

There are signs even in the bathroom about not blocking up the lot with dropped trailers and locals dropping off their trucks...but Q-line expressway doesn't care..

I had an awesome experience here! Got here early so there was plenty of parking for trucks! I went in for a bite to eat! The staff Jason in the deli who made my pizza which looked and tasted amazing (he put his soul into making it lol) and Kendra in the front were both very hospitable, down to earth and friendly! Clean environment! Trucker passing through but will definitely return! Until next time, keep doing what ya doing you guys!
