The store manager Bryant will lie, upsale and tell you the items are free, charge you for them while refusing to allow you to return accessories while their receipt says you can always return them within 14 days, wasted 44 dollars for screen protectors that cost 1 dollar on Amazon and additional 44 dollars for cheap flimsy cases that were replaced for 8 dollars on Amazon and were much more durable. Also if you try to leave negative feedback about a situation through metro it will Automatically hang up on you, and not even allow you to leave positive feedback for the person who tried to help with your problem. Stick with real T-Mobile, I have used them for years and never had any problems and their customer service actually allows for feedback.

I came in this store ready to switch to boost Mobile cuz of bad experience I had at the metro on Antioch road and Taylor at this liberty location embraced me and went above and beyond for me as a customer cuz I just gone thru some issues last few months and she found a way for me to get phone replaced finding another solution. Therefore keeping my service with them. Antioch store can take a tip or two from the liberty location on going above and beyond for the customers. Thanks Taylor! Your my girl!

Excellent customer service.... My phone had to be replaced and it was shipped to store the next day... They helped me set replacement up. I witnessed them assisting customers in various aspects. This store rocks... The young man that helped us Monday and Maria whom helped me Tuesday deserve a bonus or raise... Wish all customer service representatives were as helpful, friendly, and pleasant.

Manager DOES CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS..!!! After several other locations, I've made my decision to only deal with this store and have had the pleasure of the manager going far and out of his way to assure my satisfaction... Even came in late one evening just as store was closing to finish helping me with a factory defected phone I just bought a few days prior.. so I want this to be heard from many that this location especially the OWNER also thanks to them and staff.. awesome jobs well done.. I can't say enough good things about this location. Maria and Whitney were thorough and knowledgeable. I broke my phone at 7 a.m. this morning and waited for Metro to open at 9 a.m. Maria was in and willing to multitask with me and several other customers. I bounced all around town before coming back to Metro and taking the suggestion Maria had made to me several hours before. She helped me retrieve my contacts as well as all of my photos which was a blessing! She also went through all of the awesome things that my new phone can do. She took her time and taught me the things I didn't understand... Like setting up the facial recognition. Thank you ladies so much! MetroPCS is lucky to have you.

Amber and Bryant are absolutely great. They worked with me and help me set up my phone. Great customer service and sales. I wont go anywhere else or talk to anyone else. They are great UPDATE: Amber and bryant no longer work here so now the customer service sucks #bringbackamber

Over the last few weeks this place has seriously gone down hill. I'm not sure anybody that currently works here knows how to do their job. When I first started out with metro my phone wasn't working. I had the joy of meeting Amber who went above and beyond her responsibility to get my phone working correctly. She could juggle many different tasks all at once while other employees just looked lost and confused. Her outstanding customer service is the only reason I'm still a Metro PCS customer. I've been in a few times since to pay my bill,but even that has been a struggle. I mean seriously I just wanna give them money for my bill. I've had to sit and wait for anybody to be available. I've watched as countless customers have come in and complained about non working phones only for these same customers to be turned away. What kind of service is that ? Nobody in this store cares about helping their customers. I'm not sure what happened to Amber .Maybe she transfered to another store or walked out of sheer frustration. I've asked them if she would be back but they are too busy puffing on their vape pens to answer my question. They need Amber back and need more employees just like her . She was the only one who could handle everything. such a loss to lose such a talented, caring employee like her. . Don't waste your time at this store. It seems like it's being run by children. I'll he taking my business elsewhere. #bringamberback.
