Great customer service, always there for you when you might have an issue with the phone! Tried to cancel my Hotspot, went to the store to do it and the sales clerk telling me there was no Hotspot connected to my phone. I just got charged for additional charge. Guess I'll try again tomorrow with another person see what they say.

Not open on sundays as stated? Called to check inventory on a iPhone 13 Pro Max and got no answer. Could use an update on google if that’s the case.

I just would like to say a job well Ms. Ashley... She was very friendly, acknowledgeable, and professional... She went above and beyond with great customer service... She must loves what she does... She was polite... She answered all my questions... I left feeling like she had to me about any situation that will current and how to handle it... I am new customer with Cricket and she made it possible with her personality being a plus... Keep up the great and being positive with with customer because I know first how stressful that industry can get... I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that asks!!!! Ashley did an amazing job of saving g me 25 or so a month off of my bill with the 4 plan. I went to Saint Joseph and they set me up with 3 phones for 90 a month but Ashley switched me to 100 and have now 4 which is much better and she credited my account 25 off next months bill ON TOP OF ALL THAT OTHER SAVINGS and then changed my SPRINT number to my new cricket wireless phone! Yay!
