I went into store with my sister n law. She was having issue's with her T mobile phone. Told it would be a 20 min. wait. An hour later...still not helped!!! A man sitting next to us had been their 2 HOURS!!! People were able to cut in ahead of us that were waiting, waiting & waiting.!! We said the Hell with this & left.!! I talked my sister n law into going with Straight talk through Walmart. T Mobiles in store service SUCKED! WILL NOT EVER BE BACK!!#

Always (until recently) great service at this location! I'm amending this from five to three because of a bad interaction there. Long story short my wallet and phone had been stolen and since I didn't have ID they wouldn't help me. All I needed was a SIM card to put in an old phone while waiting on an insurance replacement device. T-Mobile 611 was able to help once I got my replacement device by verifying my identity through other means, so as a whole I still rate them 4.5, but I'll never give this location my business. 611 and live chat are more professional and will figure out a way to help you, my in store experience is not the same.

This place sucks was inside waiting for someone for help for 27 minutes. 7 employees working 2 employees helping 1 customer. They were just staring at me so i Just walked out. Not even “welcome in”

The brick n mortar for Sprint/T-Mobile at the legends is not what it used to be. Customer service is at best mediocre. The worst part is, you never know if they are going to have items in stock that you want/need. We waited months, literally, for an upgrade to one of our phones because the color we chose was on backorder. Get with the times!

Unable to get complete care from staff . . . Staff didn't know how to retrieve my data from old device to new . . . Spent several hours there with "VERY UNSATISFACTORY RESULTS" . . . It was based upon my multiple visits and time spent there "SAMSUNG SHOULD SEND A REPRESENTATIVE INTO THE STORE AND EDUCATE THE EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO WORK THERE EQUIPMENT" . . . T-MOBILE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE 😳 ! ! ! THEY PASS OUT FALSE INFORMATION TO CONSUMERS SO THEY CAN MAKE SALES INSTEAD OF FIXING THE ISSUE FIRST AND NOT CREATING MORE PROBLEMS . . .

They have a very slow customer service; it's ridiculous. Regardless of time of day I go in there, I always have to wait almost an hour or more just to simply pay my phone bill.

What a horrible store. Completely useless and and worthless employees. Waiting on an ordered phone, that "they'd call as soon as it came in". Zero communication with us. Feel as if they are being inconvenienced to serve their customers.

Worst T-Mobile store I've ever visited. Terrible customer service. The employees here have no understanding of what it means to uphold the T-Mobile brand. This store is the opposite of "un-carrier" messaging. So disappointing.

The service staff has no professional ability. After entering my name and phone number into the tablet, the monthly rent agreement displayed is not what I want at all. I responded to their customer service staff and I had gone to the store three days ago to handle it. Change it, and show him the message received on the phone, he still only tells me that their tablet displays it! By the way, after entering the store today, I was told by the service staff to wait for about 30 minutes. As a result, I waited at the scene for nearly 90 minutes before the service staff came to ask me what service I needed! It's not efficient at all!

Right from the start this location was better than the location we went to last time. I didn't catch the first gentleman's name but very friendly and asked what we were looking to do. Then Tara helped us out getting us our new phones which wasn't even the plan for the trip it was just a question answering trip but we had a idea of the phone we wanted and that is what we walked out with. She was extremely friendly even though I am a penny pincher still took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. This location was worth all 5 stars! Thanks to the whole team and Tara. Sprint customers definitely will feel appreciated to be joining T-Mobile here.
