Att stores are usually a bummer for me, kind of boring and not a fun way to spend an afternoon, but Josh at this particular location was an exceptional representative for this company…I won’t go anywhere else again! He really went above and beyond to help our family and was a pleasure to deal with…keep up the good work!

My wife and I switched from Verizon to AT&T last weekend. The phone I selected was not in stock and they had to order it. Wife, daughter, father and mother's phones all up and working fine in the store... I just had to wait a few days for mine to arrive. It arrived on Tuesday... however I was working out of state and didn't return until late Friday night. Came home opened it up, threw the Sim card in and went to the website to activate.... yeah I threw an error on thr website, so I tried a few more times. No luck. I had to trade my phone in once this one activated so I decided after 2 failed calls to AT&T activations, I would just go into the store and have them figure it out. Josh went above and beyond to make sure that my phone was activated and my service worked properly. Despite a bad back-office experience with AT&T's antiquated voice prompt telephone system and being run around to multiple people who all said they weren't the correct person, He continued to persevere and get to the correct person to activate my phone. In all honesty, with the experience we've just had, had it not been for him I would have cancelled our order and stayed with Verizon. Definitely need to improve your system for weekend activations, it's pathetic for an organization of your size if I'm being nice. FFL dealers such as this is the real gem of the organization because the back end sucks big time.
