They have been a ripoff for years. It’s clear they are going through people stuff picking out what they want give you $1 and then they sale for much higher price. I thought by now things would have changed, but it hasn’t. My daughter went in with lots of stuff but only received like $20. When you ask them to show you the stain they are clueless. Shame on you guys.

I have been shopping at and selling my kids’ clothes with Childrens Orchard for several years. They have always been kind and helpful and the store is always clean and well organized. When they do not take clothes they are able to give a reasonable explanation, whether it be they have too much of a certain item or there are stains, etc. My kids always look forward to going and reading in the book nook!

SELLER BEWARE!!! I took in 4 xlarge bags of brand new kid shoes, clothes and a baby swing, baby chair, bath seat and a bunch of other kid items. They gave me $30.00 for all of it. When I went to get my money I saw they had already put the brand new red boots I sold to them on the floor for $15.00. They gave me a $1.00 for them. They are really turning a profit and I understand it's a business but this is a scam. If they continue not paying people a fair price for the quality they are looking for, they will have a bad reputation. Which as you can see has already started from the previous reviews. I will never sell to them again and I will let my momma friends know as well.

I have gone to Children’s Orchard since my oldest was baby. He is now 10! And two more boys have gone through her store. Anne is so friendly and an amazing owner. She goes out of her way to find what you need. I have purchased many outfits but also items for specials occasions. They are always great quality and wonderful Prices! Her staff is friendly and helpful! I have loved her recent additions of love shopping and the addition of an online store. This is an awesome place to find children’s clothing, shoes and toys at fantastic prices!

I sold some clothes, was a little disappointed about the amount I received considering what I donated yet being able to interact with the owner, plus her being warm and kind made the overall experience worth coming back to shop! The store is very neat, organized and they have every need for a child.

Seller Be Aware- I took in an almost new girls coat, a new pair of boots, a girls swimsuit with the tags attached and some barely used girls clothes. I was gone about 30 minutes and when I received the text I returned immediately. I was given $10.00 for all the items and when I tried to refuse the offer I was told that the purchased items were scattered all over and possibly already on the floor so I had no recourse. I texted the manager and was told that I signed a consent so I had to take whatever was offered, no questions asked. I resell to Platos Closet and Clothes Mentor and they always show me what they are buying and ask me if I accept the offer. I will never return to this store or sell my really well cared for items to them again.

I have loved this store for 17 years, since shortly before my oldest son was born. I have 4 boys now, ages 7 on up, and I am lamenting the fact that my "Children's Orchard Years" are almost over. It was truly a joy to be able to go to one store and get everything I needed for each child for both summer and winter seasons each year. The store is well organized, and the changes they have made through the years have all been wonderful. Shopping here is so easy, and the employees and owners are delightful. I never had clothes worthy of selling back to them after they have gone through my rambunctious bunch of boys, but I have heard that the selling process is easy as well.

Best to go when they aren't super busy since the space is so tight. They will more than likely only buy half of the clothes you bring in if they aren't brand new. Overall it's a good place to get clothes for your little ones.

High quality clothing at low prices. I am always pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive and the wide selection of clothing available-which is constantly changing, so check back often! I usually shop the sales and always stop in when I'm in the area and I always find something to purchase! Staff is friendly and very nice. The only downside is that it is hard to manuever through the store as it is so packed with clothing racks. Definitely recommend!
